Drogenhändler "werden weitaus besser aufgestellt, weitaus besser ausgebildet und mit weitaus besserer Ausrüstung ausgestattet sein", warnte der Beamte.</p><p>Washington rechne damit, dass die Kartelle innerhalb der nächsten Monate Drohnenfähigkeiten und -taktiken einsetzen werden, die sie aus dem Ukraine-Konflikt übernommen haben, so die Quellen.
