130I went through a full month of flu, cough and phlegm. I tried everything, took everything. But, to my big surprise, the most effective item to take for coughs and phlegm is ... pear! Yes, it's pear. If I have a bout of coughing, the moment I eat a few slices of pear, I stop coughing, and the pear seems to dilute the phlegm.<br><br>
