Description of Service</h2> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc">CFAI is a Windows desktop application that provides meeting transcription, AI-powered summarization, and cognitive support features. Audio transcription is performed entirely on your device. CFAI connects to external AI APIs exclusively via encrypted HTTPS to deliver chat and cognitive inference features.</p></section> <section class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><h2 class="svelte-1e0rsuc">3. License and Usage</h2> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc">CFAI offers two plans:</p> <ul class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><li class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><strong class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Trial</strong> — free access with limited daily usage, no purchase required</li> <li class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><strong class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Pro</strong> — subscription-based access with monthly credits. The license is active only while the subscription remains valid.</li></ul> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc">All plans are for personal or business use and do not include the right to:</p> <ul class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><li class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software</li> <li class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software</li> <li class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Use the software for illegal purposes</li> <li class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Share your account or credentials with others</li></ul></section> <section class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><h2 class="svelte-1e0rsuc">3b. Credits System</h2> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Pro plan usage is governed by a monthly credits allowance. Different AI models consume different credit amounts per request. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and unused credits do not carry over. Trial users are subject to daily usage limits. Credits are a service entitlement, not a monetary asset, and have no cash value.</p></section> <section class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><h2 class="svelte-1e0rsuc">4. Third-Party Services</h2> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc">CFAI uses the following third-party services:</p> <ul class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><li class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><strong class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Anthropic (Claude)</strong> — AI chat and cognitive inference (Pro users), via encrypted HTTPS</li> <li class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><strong class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Groq</strong> — AI chat inference (Trial users), via encrypted HTTPS</li> <li class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><strong class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Stripe</strong> — payment processing and subscription management</li> <li class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><strong class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Railway / Neon</strong> — backend hosting and database infrastructure (EU region)</li></ul> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Your audio and transcription data is processed entirely on your device and never transmitted to external servers. AI chat prompts are transmitted to the respective inference provider over encrypted HTTPS and are not stored on our servers.</p> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc">We are not responsible for any changes, interruptions, or issues with third-party services that may affect CFAI functionality.</p></section> <section class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><h2 class="svelte-1e0rsuc">5. Acceptable Use</h2> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc">You agree not to use CFAI to:</p> <ul class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><li class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Record conversations without proper consent from all parties</li> <li class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Violate any applicable laws or regulations</li> <li class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Infringe on intellectual property rights</li> <li class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content</li> <li class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Attempt to circumvent security measures</li> <li class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Use the service in any way that could damage our reputation</li></ul></section> <section class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><h2 class="svelte-1e0rsuc">

16. Recording Consent</h2> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><strong class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Important:</strong> You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper consent to record any conversations or meetings. Laws regarding recording consent vary by jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions require all-party consent. We strongly recommend you familiarize yourself with applicable laws and always obtain proper consent before recording.</p></section> <section class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><h2 class="svelte-1e0rsuc">7. Intellectual Property</h2> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc">CFAI and all related intellectual property, including but not limited to software, logos, and documentation, remain the property of Cognitive Flow AI by Code Craft DS. Your subscription or use of the service grants you a license to use the software, not ownership of the intellectual property.</p></section> <section class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><h2 class="svelte-1e0rsuc">8. Disclaimer of Warranties</h2> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc">CFAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. AI response quality depends on the underlying third-party inference providers.</p></section> <section class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><h2 class="svelte-1e0rsuc">9. Limitation of Liability</h2> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc">To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cognitive Flow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.</p></section> <section class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><h2 class="svelte-1e0rsuc">10. Cancellations and Refunds</h2> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><strong class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Pro (subscription):</strong> You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused periods. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of your first subscription payment. La trascrizione audio viene eseguita interamente sul tuo dispositivo. CFAI si connette ad API AI esterne esclusivamente tramite HTTPS cifrato per erogare funzionalità di chat e inferenza cognitiva.</p></section> <section class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><h2 class="svelte-1e0rsuc">3. Sistema di Crediti</h2> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc">L'utilizzo del piano Pro è regolato da un'allowance mensile di crediti. Modelli AI diversi consumano quantità diverse di crediti per richiesta. I crediti si azzerano all'inizio di ogni periodo di fatturazione e quelli non utilizzati non vengono riportati. Gli utenti Trial sono soggetti a limiti di utilizzo giornalieri. I crediti sono un diritto al servizio, non un bene monetario, e non hanno valore in denaro.</p></section> <section class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><h2 class="svelte-1e0rsuc">4. I prompt della chat AI vengono trasmessi al rispettivo provider di inferenza tramite HTTPS cifrato e non vengono conservati sui nostri server.</p> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Non siamo responsabili per eventuali modifiche, interruzioni o problemi con servizi di terze parti che potrebbero influire sulle funzionalità di CFAI.</p></section> <section class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><h2 class="svelte-1e0rsuc">5. 1CFAI e tutta la proprietà intellettuale correlata, inclusi ma non limitati a software, loghi e documentazione, rimangono di proprietà di Cognitive Flow AI by Code Craft DS. Il tuo abbonamento o utilizzo del servizio ti concede una licenza per utilizzare il software, non la proprietà della proprietà intellettuale.</p></section> <section class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><h2 class="svelte-1e0rsuc">8. Esclusione di Garanzie</h2> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc">CFAI viene fornito "così com'è" senza garanzie di alcun tipo, esplicite o implicite. Non garantiamo che il servizio sarà ininterrotto, privo di errori o che soddisferà i tuoi requisiti specifici. Cancellazioni e Rimborsi</h2> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><strong class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Pro (abbonamento):</strong> Puoi cancellare in qualsiasi momento; la cancellazione ha effetto alla fine del periodo di fatturazione corrente. Non vengono emessi rimborsi parziali per i periodi non utilizzati. Ai sensi del diritto dei consumatori UE (Direttiva 2011/83/UE), hai un diritto di recesso di 14 giorni dalla data del tuo primo pagamento dell'abbonamento.
