Unless otherwise defined herein, all the defined terms in this Additional T&amp;Cs shall have the same meaning assigned to them in the Conditions. To the extent that the Additional T&amp;Cs below are inconsistent with the Conditions, this Additional T&amp;Cs will prevail. </p><ul class="item-number" data-v-7853f4d9><li class="item-i title" data-v-7853f4d9><p id="anchor-1" class="text-title" data-v-7853f4d9>Earn Products</p><ul class="item-number-2" data-v-7853f4d9><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> The Earn Product allows you to earn interest on certain Digital Assets that you top up on the Interface. </li><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> You may top up Digital Assets at any time in accordance with this Additional T&amp;Cs, provided that you shall comply with the requirements of the minimum and maximum amount of each Digital Asset within relevant timeframe as indicated on the Interface and subject to revision from time to time by the Platform at its sole and absolute discretion. </li><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> You are allowed to have multiple active Earn Products, running simultaneously. Interest will be accrued separately on each Earn Product. </li><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> You may opt for an Earn Product for a flexible term (“ <strong data-v-7853f4d9>Flexible Term</strong> ”) or for a fixed term (“ <strong data-v-7853f4d9>Fixed Term</strong> ”). The terms applicable to each of the above types of Earn Product, including but not limited to the Digital Assets on which Interest can be earned, the interest rate and the duration of the Fixed Term, if any, are indicated on the Interface and may be changed by the Platform from time to time, at its sole and absolute discretion. </li><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> You will be entitled for withdrawal of the Digital Assets, together with the interest accrued under this Additional T&amp;Cs, (i) at any time, when using an Earn Product with a Flexible Term; or (ii) on the date of expiry of the relevant Fixed Term, when using an Earn Product with a Fixed Term, unless you have opted for automatic renewal. The Platform may set requirements for the minimum and maximum amount for each withdrawal within relevant timeframes from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion. </li><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> In consideration for the interest payable to you on Digital Assets subscribed to the Earn Product, for the use of our services, you grant the Platform, subject to applicable law and for the duration of the period during which you elect to utilize Digital Assets in the Earn Product and thus loan such Digital Assets to us through your account, all right and title to such Digital Assets, including ownership rights, and the right, without further notice to you, to hold such Digital Assets in the Platform’s own virtual currency wallet or elsewhere, and to pledge, re-pledge, hypothecate, rehypothecate, sell, lend, or otherwise transfer or use any amount of such Digital Assets, separately or together with other property, with all attendant rights of ownership, and for any period of time, and without retaining in the Platform’s possession and/

1or control a like amount of Digital Assets or any other monies or assets, and to use or invest such Digital Assets in the Platform’s full discretion. <p class="sub-content-title" data-v-7853f4d9> You acknowledge that with respect to Digital Assets used by the Platform pursuant to this paragraph: </p><div class="sub-content-text" data-v-7853f4d9><div data-v-7853f4d9> 1. You will not be able to exercise rights of ownership; </div><div data-v-7853f4d9> 2. The Platform may receive compensation in connection with lending or otherwise using Digital Assets in its business to which you have no claim or entitlement; and </div><div data-v-7853f4d9> 3. In the event that the Platform becomes bankrupt, enters liquidation or is otherwise unable to repay its obligations, any Digital Assets used in the Earn Product may not be recoverable, and you may not have any legal remedies or rights in connection with the Platform’s obligations to you other than your rights as a creditor of the Platform under any applicable laws. </div></div></li><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> If you opt for an Earn Product for a Fixed Term, you may terminate it and ask for withdrawal of your Digital Assets before the expiry of the Fixed Term, provided that you shall not receive any interest accrued before the Fixed Term. </li><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> Subject to the restrictions stipulated by the Platform from time to time, you may opt to renew the Earn Product with a Fixed Term automatically on the Interface as well as deactivate the automatic renewal during the Fixed Term. If you opt for this renewal, each new Fixed Term shall be governed by this Additional T&amp;Cs on the date of renewal. </li><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> Earn Products may be offered by a third party (“ <strong data-v-7853f4d9>Third Party</strong> ”) directly to you via the Interface. In order to use such Earn Product, you agree (i) to enter into any such contract with any such Third Party as may be considered necessary; (ii) to provide any relevant information and documents as requested by such Third Party, including but not limited to those related to Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering procedures of such Third Party; (iii) to create any account or wallet as required by such Third Party; and (iv) be bound by the relevant terms and conditions and policies offered by such Third Party (“ <strong data-v-7853f4d9>Third Party T&amp;Cs</strong> ”) that may be updated to you from time to time. </li><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> When accessing the Earn Product of a Third Party, you understand that you are topping up and transferring your Digital Assets to such Third Party instead of the Platform. Thus, you shall read carefully all the Third Party T&amp;Cs before using any Earn Products offered by a Third Party. You acknowledge that, regarding anEarn Product offered by a Third Party, you only have the contractual relationship with such Third Party. A Third Party, as well as its privacy, security, compliance, and other business practices, are not under the control of the Platform, so the Platform makes no claims or representations about, and accept no liability for, any EarnProducts provided by such Third Party. The Platform also has no control over the Digital Assets that you top up and transfer for anEarn Product provided by a Third Party. The Platform is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information, data, opinions, advice, or statements, as well as the services and products offered by the Third Party to you via the Interface. You agree and acknowledge that the Platform shall not be responsible for any contract entered into, any transaction completed, or any dispute raised, between you and such Third Party. There is no implied affiliation, endorsement, or adoption by the Platform of any services and products provided by the Third Party to you and the Platform assumes no responsibility for, and specifically disclaims any liability, warranty, or obligation with respect to any content provided on or through these services and products. </li><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> The Platform reserves the right to at any time suspend or terminate the Earn Product offered by a Third Party via the Interface without further notice to you. You agree to undertake any actions requested by the Platform and the Third Party following such suspension or termination. The Platform is not responsible for any consequential delay, damage, or inconvenience such suspension or termination causes. The Platform is under no obligation to disclose the details of the reasons in relation to such suspension or termination. </li></ul></li><li class="item-i title" data-v-7853f4d9><p id="anchor-2" class="text-title" data-v-7853f4d9>Interest</p><ul class="item-number-2" data-v-7853f4d9><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> The interest shall commence accruing on the Digital Assets at a certain rate as shown on the Interface, prior to the expiry of 24 hours of their topping up, and will be earned in the same Digital Assets as the ones on which it is accrued. </li><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> The interest rate indicated on the Interface shall be subject to revision from time to time at the Platform’s sole and absolute discretion. Unless otherwise decided by the Platform, the new interest rate shall apply immediately after the Platform updates it on the Interface. </li><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> The interest for the Earn Product with a Flexible Term shall be transferred to your account at a certain time on each calendar day, from the date that the interest commence accruing to the date of withdrawal. The interest for the Earn Product with a Fixed Term shall be transferred to your account prior to the next date of expiry of the relevant Fixed Term. </li><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> The Platform reserves its right to grant preferential interest or other terms to any person as part of marketing campaigns or otherwise, upon its sole and absolute discretion. </li></ul></li><li class="item-i title" data-v-7853f4d9><p id="anchor-3" class="text-title" data-v-7853f4d9>No Guarantee on Earnings</p><p data-v-7853f4d9> Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Additional T&amp;Cs, you acknowledge and agree that the Platform makes no guarantee regarding the likelihood or probability as to the earnings on any product and that the actual earnings on the Earn Product may vary significantly from the expected earnings. </p></li><li class="item-i title" data-v-7853f4d9><p id="anchor-4" class="text-title" data-v-7853f4d9>Events of Default</p><ul class="item-number-2" data-v-7853f4d9><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> The occurrence of one of the following events constitutes an Event of Default: (i) You breaches any of your obligations or warranties under the Conditions and this Additional T&amp;Cs; (ii) It is or becomes illegal for you use the Earn Product; or (iii) the Platform is unable to contact you in accordance with your most recent instructions for sending correspondence. </li><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> In case of an Event of Default, the Platform is entitled to: (i) terminate the legal relationship with you regarding the Earn Product with immediate effect; and (ii) take any action it deems necessary to protect its interests. </li><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Platform, its affiliates, third-party service providers, each of their respective employees, officers, directors and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees), arising out of or relating to any third-party claim concerning the Conditions and the Additional T&amp;Cs or your use of the Earn Product in violation to the Conditions, the Additional T&amp;Cs, or any applicable law. </li></ul></li><li class="item-i title" data-v-7853f4d9><p id="anchor-5" class="text-title" data-v-7853f4d9>Termination</p><ul class="item-number-2" data-v-7853f4d9><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> The legal relationship regarding the Earn Product shall be terminated immediately if you close your account on the Interface or upon written notice by the Platform if the Platform discontinues the offering of the Earn Product, regardless of the reasons. In all cases of termination, when the relevant Fixed Term has not expired upon the termination, you shall be only entitled to receive the interest accrued up to the date of termination. </li><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> The termination shall not prevent any Party from seeking any remedies against the other Party for any breach of the Conditions, the Additional T&amp;Cs, or any applicable law occurring prior to such termination. </li></ul></li><li class="item-i title" data-v-7853f4d9><p id="anchor-6" class="text-title" data-v-7853f4d9> Representations, Warranties, and Covenants </p><ul class="item-number-2" data-v-7853f4d9><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9><p data-v-7853f4d9>You hereby declare, warrant and confirm that:</p><ul class="item-number-3" data-v-7853f4d9><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> You validly undertake any action or enter into any transaction with regard to this Additional T&amp;Cs; </li><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> The Digital Assets, which you have topped up or will top up into your account, or the funds, which you have used or will use for purchase of the Digital Assets to be topped up into your account, as the case may be, are not derived from money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any other illegal or criminal activity under any applicable law in the respective jurisdiction; </li><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> You are aware that you use your account, the Interface, and the Earn Product fully at your own risk. </li></ul></li><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9><p data-v-7853f4d9>You hereby undertake to:</p><ul class="item-number-3" data-v-7853f4d9><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> Use your account, the Interface, and the Earn Product in good faith; </li><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> Not violate or breach any terms of the Conditions, the Additional T&amp;Cs, or any applicable law in any relevant jurisdiction; </li><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> Not commit, conduct or perform any misrepresentation, fraud, malicious act or criminal activities; </li><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> Not provide false, inaccurate, incomplete, out-of-date or misleading information; </li><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> Not interfere, intercept, or expropriate our network, system, data, or information; </li><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> Inform the Platform about any change in the information and documents submitted to the Platform, in particular in your contact details, within 1 day as of the change. </li></ul></li></ul></li><li class="item-i title" data-v-7853f4d9><p id="anchor-7" class="text-title" data-v-7853f4d9>Modification</p><ul class="item-number-3" data-v-7853f4d9><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> All modifications or amendments to the Additional T&amp;Cs shall be effective when they are posted to the Interface, and your continued use of the Interface will serve as confirmation of your acceptance of any modification or amendment. If you do not agree with any modifications or amendments to the Additional T&amp;Cs, you must immediately withdraw your Digital Assets from the Interface. </li></ul></li><li class="item-i title" data-v-7853f4d9><p id="anchor-8" class="text-title" data-v-7853f4d9>Risk Disclosure</p><ul class="item-number-3" data-v-7853f4d9><li class="item-i" data-v-7853f4d9> These Additional T&amp;Cs and your use of any of our Earn Products do not create a fiduciary relationship between the Platform and you; your account and any Digital Assets subscribed to the Earn Products are not checking or savings accounts, and it is not covered by insurance against losses. The Platform has no duty to inquire into, supervise, or determine the suitability of any transaction you initiate involving Digital Assets in your account. We may lend, sell, pledge, hypothecate, assign, invest, use, commingle or otherwise dispose of assets and Digital Assets to counterparties or hold the Digital Assets with counterparties, and we will use our best commercial and operational efforts to prevent losses. </li></ul></li></ul>',3)]))}],["__scopeId","data-v-7853f4d9"]]);export{r as default};
