Referral relationships are locked and cannot be moved or reassigned. </li><li class="item-i" data-v-c0216b68> You must not engage in cookie‑stuffing, auto‑redirects, forced clicks, link injection or any other attribution manipulation. Our systems and logs are final and conclusive for attribution and calculations. </li><li class="item-i" data-v-c0216b68> Custom links: when a new link path is created, prior paths may become invalid. For avoidance of doubt, any numerical rates shown in sample materials or communications are indicative only and not contractually binding. </li><li class="item-i" data-v-c0216b68><b data-v-c0216b68>Exclusions.</b> No commission accrues on: (a) zero‑fee trades; (b) trades settled via rebate cards (credits may be in rebate form only); (c) trades with special fee arrangements; (d) any portion of fees negated by negative maker fees; or (e) fraudulent, manipulative or otherwise prohibited activity. </li><li class="item-i" data-v-c0216b68><b data-v-c0216b68>Partners/Sub‑Affiliates.</b> Where enabled, you may create Partner links with agreed revenue‑share ratios.
