What the Service produces"}),e.jsx("p",{children:"6.1 The Service uses large language models. Output can be wrong, incomplete or misleading, and can misrepresent people, places or facts. Transcripts and summaries in particular can misattribute or mischaracterize what someone said."}),e.jsx("p",{children:"6.2 Check output before relying on it, sending it, or acting on it. It is the controller and we act as its processor. If something goes wrong"}),e.jsx("p",{children:"9.1 Where we believe there is a problem the Account Holder can fix, by removing content, changing a setting or dealing with a user, we will normally ask them to act rather than stepping in ourselves."}),e.jsx("p",{children:"9.2 We may act directly, including by removing content or suspending your access, if the Account Holder does not act within a reasonable time, or if we believe there is a credible risk of harm to us, the Service, its users or anyone else."}),e.jsx("p",{children:"9.3 If we suspend or remove your access, or remove content, we will tell you why unless the law prevents us or doing so would compromise an investigation. You can challenge the decision by replying to our notice, and a person will review it."}),e.jsx("h2",{children:"10. Changes and endings"}),e.jsx("p",{children:"10.1 These terms last until the Account Holder ends your access, until you stop using the Service, or until we end them."}),e.jsx("p",{children:"10.2 We may change these terms.
