If you use Melies for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> You must provide accurate account information, protect your login details, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> You are responsible for activity under your account unless it results from a security failure attributable to Melies. </p></section><section id="service" class="scroll-mt-24" data-v-db5ff6bd><h2 class="legal-heading" data-v-db5ff6bd>3. The service and AI limitations</h2><p data-v-db5ff6bd> Melies provides filmmaking tools for developing ideas, scripts, characters, images, video, audio, storyboards, edits, and exports. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> AI systems are probabilistic. They may produce inaccurate, inconsistent, offensive, incomplete, or unex

1pected material. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> We do not promise that an output will be unique, protectable by intellectual-property law, or suitable for a particular purpose. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> You must review outputs before publication or commercial use. Do not rely on Melies for legal, medical, safety-critical, or other professional advice. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> Features, models, formats, limits, and generation times may change as providers and the product evolve. </p></section><section id="content" class="scroll-mt-24" data-v-db5ff6bd><h2 class="legal-heading" data-v-db5ff6bd>4. Your content and generated output</h2><h3 class="legal-subheading" data-v-db5ff6bd>4.1 Your inputs</h3><p data-v-db5ff6bd> You keep your rights in prompts, scripts, uploads, likenesses, voices, reference files, and other material you provide (“Customer Content”). </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit Customer Content and to request its processing. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> You grant us a limited licence to host, copy, adapt, transmit, and process Customer Content only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> This licence also lets us send the necessary material to the AI or infrastru

1cture providers selected for your request. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> We will not use private Customer Content in Melies marketing or to train models developed by YUKI CAPITAL without your separate permission. </p><h3 class="legal-subheading" data-v-db5ff6bd>4.2 Generated output</h3><p data-v-db5ff6bd> As between you and YUKI CAPITAL, we do not claim ownership of output generated for you. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> To the extent we hold any rights in that output, we assign those rights to you after the related fees or credits have been paid. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> Your right to use an output remains subject to applicable law, third-party rights, the selected plan, and any model-specific restrictions shown to you. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> AI outputs may resemble material created for others. We cannot grant exclusivity or guarantee that an output does not infringe third-party rights. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> Commercial use is available only where the applicable plan and model permit it. You remain responsible for clearance, attribution, and release requirements. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> Assets from Melies libraries may have separate licence limits. You may use them in permitted projects, but may not resell or redistribute source assets alone. </p></section><section id="acceptable-use" class="scroll-mt-24" data-v-db5ff6bd><h2 class="legal-heading" data-v-db5ff6bd>5. Acceptable use</h2><p data-v-db5ff6bd> You may not use Melies to create, upload, request, distribute, or facilitate content or conduct that: </p><ul class="legal-list" data-v-db5ff6bd><li data-v-db5ff6bd> breaks the law, infringes rights, or violates a court or regulatory order; </li><li data-v-db5ff6bd> sexually exploits or endangers a child, or depicts sexual content involving a minor; </li><li data-v-db5ff6bd> uses a real person’s face, voice, or identity without the rights or consent required by law; </li><li data-v-db5ff6bd> deceives people about a material fact through harmful impersonation, fraud, or undisclosed manipulation; </li><li data-v-db5ff6bd> promotes violence, terrorism, hatred, harassment, self-harm, or illegal goods or services; </li><li data-v-db5ff6bd> contains malware, attempts unauthorized access, or disrupts the service or another user; </li><li data-v-db5ff6bd> scrapes, reverse engineers, bypasses limits, or accesses Melies through unauthorized automation; </li><li data-v-db5ff6bd> tests or extracts model data in a way that compromises security, privacy, or third-party rights. </li></ul><p data-v-db5ff6bd> Documentary, artistic, educational, or satirical context does not remove your duty to follow the law and protect people from foreseeable harm. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> We may use automated and human review to enforce these rules. Plans, credits, and billing</h2><p data-v-db5ff6bd> Current prices, included features, licence scope, credit allowances, taxes, currency, and billing period are shown before purchase. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period until cancelled. Stripe processes payments; Melies does not store full card details. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> Subscription credits refresh on each monthly credit cycle and do not roll over. Extra credits bought separately do not expire while the account remains active. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> Credits are a limited right to use Melies features. They are not money, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value outside the service. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> A generation can cost different amounts based on model, duration, resolution, quality, or other settings. The applicable cost is shown in the product. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> If a generation is confirmed as failed without usable output, Melies normally restores the related credits. Contact support if the restoration does not occur. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> You authorize us to charge the selected payment method. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless the checkout states that they are included. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> We may change future prices or plan features. We will give reasonable advance notice when a change affects an existing paid subscription. </p></section><section id="cancellation" class="scroll-mt-24" data-v-db5ff6bd><h2 class="legal-heading" data-v-db5ff6bd>8. Cancellation and refunds</h2><p data-v-db5ff6bd> You may cancel a subscription through your account billing settings. You can also contact <a class="legal-link" href="mailto:[email protected]" data-v-db5ff6bd>[email protected]</a>. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> Cancellation stops the next renewal. Unless the law requires otherwise, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> Closing an account ends access to projects, outputs, unused subscription credits, and unused extra credits. Export anything you need first. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> Except for statutory rights, we do not automatically refund a used billing period, consumed credits, or delivered output. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> We review duplicate charges, billing errors, unavailable paid services, and other exceptional cases. This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights. </p></section><section id="withdrawal" class="scroll-mt-24" data-v-db5ff6bd><h2 class="legal-heading" data-v-db5ff6bd>9. EU consumer withdrawal right</h2><p data-v-db5ff6bd> If you are an EU or EEA consumer, you generally have 14 days after a distance subscription contract is made to withdraw without giving a reason. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> To withdraw, send a clear statement to <a class="legal-link" href="mailto:[email protected]" data-v-db5ff6bd>[email protected]</a>

1 or use the model form below before the period ends. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> If you ask us to begin the service during that period, the law may require payment proportionate to the service already supplied. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> You lose a withdrawal right only where all legal conditions are met, including any express request, prior consent, and acknowledgement required by law. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> Eligible refunds are issued within the legal deadline, normally to the original payment method. French consumer legal guarantee of conformity </h2><div class="rounded-xl border border-white/10 bg-white/5 p-6" data-v-db5ff6bd><p data-v-db5ff6bd> YUKI CAPITAL is responsible for the statutory conformity guarantee for paid digital content and services supplied to French consumers. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> Address: 305 chemin de Vallauris, 06160 Antibes, France. Melies intellectual property</h2><p data-v-db5ff6bd> Melies and its software, interface, branding, documentation, templates, and original site content belong to YUKI CAPITAL or its licensors. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service while your account is authorized. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> You may not copy, sell, sublicense, or exploit Melies itself except where these terms or mandatory law expressly allow it. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without payment or attribution. Disclaimers</h2><p data-v-db5ff6bd> Melies is provided on an “as available” basis. We use reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> We do not warrant the accuracy, originality, legality, continuity, or fitness of AI output. You are responsible for review and lawful use. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. </p></section><section id="liability" class="scroll-mt-24" data-v-db5ff6bd><h2 class="legal-heading" data-v-db5ff6bd>14. Liability</h2><p data-v-db5ff6bd> Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that law does not permit us to limit. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> For consumers, we are liable as required by mandatory law for foreseeable loss caused by our breach. Your mandatory consumer remedies remain intact. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> For business users, neither party is liable for indirect loss or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or opportunities, except where law forbids that limit. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> For business users, our total liability in a 12-month period is limited to the amount paid to Melies in that period, unless mandatory law requires more. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> A business user will indemnify YUKI CAPITAL against third-party claims caused by its unlawful Customer Content or material breach of these terms. </p></section><section id="changes" class="scroll-mt-24" data-v-db5ff6bd><h2 class="legal-heading" data-v-db5ff6bd>15. Changes to the service or terms</h2><p data-v-db5ff6bd> We may update the service and these terms for legal, security, technical, provider, or business reasons. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> We will give reasonable advance notice of a material change that adversely affects an existing paid subscription. </p><p data-v-db5ff6bd> If you do not agree, you may stop using Melies and cancel before the change takes effect. Changes do not remove rights already accrued. </p></section><section id="law" class="scroll-mt-24" data-v-db5ff6bd><h2 class="legal-heading" data-v-db5ff6bd>16. Governing law and disputes</h2><p data-v-db5ff6bd> French law governs these terms.
