The monthly plan fee is charged at the start of each billing period and is returned to your organization in full as prepaid compute credit for that period."}),e.jsx("li",{children:"Compute usage is metered per cluster-hour at the price shown when a cluster is created or changed (including spot and Enterprise-edition rates), and managed storage is metered per GB-month at the published rate. Usage draws down available credit first; usage beyond your credit is billed at the same rates, either at the end of the billing period or, once unbilled usage reaches your plan's spend threshold, immediately."}),e.jsx("li",{children:"Prepaid compute credit is valid for the billing period it was purchased for and expires when that period ends. Promotional credit (for example from an invitation or a GizmoData grant) is a gift: it applies to metered usage only, never to plan fees, expires on the date stated when it was granted, has no cash value, and may be withdrawn if it was granted in error or obtained by misuse."}),e.jsx("li",{children:"Each plan limits the number of vCPUs your organization may run at once. Stopped clusters are not deleted: their data, addresses and settings are retained, and they can be started again once billing is resolved.
