I will first review some classical and recent progress on this question, with particular emphasis on dimension-free rigidity phenomena and on their connection with the stable Bernstein problem. I will then turn to the anisotropic counterpart of Do Carmoâs question, where stability can still impose strong restrictions on the geometry at infinity. In particular, I will present a one-endedness theorem for stable constant anisotropic mean curvature hypersurfaces under a natural ellipticity condition and discuss the main ideas behind its proof.
66 67
68

6913 October, 15:00-16:00, STRAND BLDG S5.20
70 71
Speaker: TBD (TBD)
72 73
Title: TBD
74 75
Abstract: TBD
76 77
78

79 80
20 October, 15:00-16:00, STRAND BLDG S5.20
81 82
Speaker: Ivan Smith (Cambridge)
83 84
Title: TBD
85 86
Abstract: TBD
87 88
89

90 91
27 October, 15:00-16:00, STRAND BLDG S5.20
92 93
Speaker: Simon Salamon (KCL)
94 95
Title: TBD
96 97
Abstract: TBD
98 99
100

101 102
3 November, 15:00-16:00, STRAND BLDG S5.20
103 104
Speaker: TBD (TBD)
105 106
Title: TBD
107 108
Abstract: TBD
109 110
111

112 113
10 November, 15:00-16:00, STRAND BLDG S5.20
114 115
Speaker: Jonny Evans (Lancaster)
116 117
Title: TBD
118 119
Abstract: TBD
120 121
122

123 124
17 November, 15:00-16:00, STRAND BLDG S5.20
125 126
Speaker: Anne-Sophie Kaloghiros (Brunel)
127 128
Title: TBD
129 130
Abstract: TBD
131 132
133

134 135
24 November, 15:00-16:00, STRAND BLDG S5.20
136 137
Speaker: Cheuk Yu Mak (Sheffield)
138 139
Title: TBD
140 141
Abstract: TBD
142 143
144

145 146
1 December, 15:00-16:00, STRAND BLDG S5.20
147 148
Speaker: Peter Jossen (KCL)
149 150
Title: TBD
151 152
Abstract: TBD
153 154
155

156 157
8 December, 15:00-16:00, STRAND BLDG S5.20
158 159
Speaker: Kaito Xie (HKU)
160 161
Title: TBD
162 163
Abstract: TBD
164 165
166

167 168 169
170
171
172
173
KCL Geometry Seminar | Geometry Seminar at King's College London
174
175
176 177
