I am on track to graduate in the summer of 2024 and actively seeking full-time employment opportunities as a SDE/MLE!</p><p>During my professional journey, I interned with the Simulator Core team at <

1a href="https://waymo.com/">Waymo</a> this past summer, where I focused on refining the behavior of autonomous driving vehicles to mirror real-world scenarios accurately. Prior to that, I completed a six-month internship in the Intelligent Transportation Department at <a href="https://www.sensetime.com/en">SenseTime</a>. There, my responsibilities encompassed processing real-world traffic data, creating simulation scenarios, and enhancing an RL-based framework designed for the traffic control of coordinated intersections.</p><p>On the academic front, my research experience primarily focuses on:</p><ol><li><p>Autonomous racing software stack development in both indoor(for F1TENTH) and outdoor(for Go-Kart) scenarios. Our team won the first prize in the 10th F1Tenth <a href="https://icra2022-race.f1tenth.org/results.html">Autonomous Racing Competition</a> at ICRA’22, and the <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/posts/mangharam_autonomousdriving-autoware-upenn-activity-7068294886982053888-e2go?utm_source=share&amp;utm_medium=member_desktop">Autonomous Karting Series Competition</a> held at Purdue University in May, 2023(<a href="https://github.com/mlab-upenn/gokart-sensor/tree/ros2_foxy_purepursuit">Code</a>).</p></li><li><p>Sampled-based motion planning with ML methods(check Game-theoretic Objective Space Planning on <a href="https://arxiv.org/abs/2209.07758">arxiv</a>).</p></li><li><p>Model-based and model-free RL applications on autonomous navigation(<a href="https://github.com/zzjun725/f1tenth_rl">Code</a>).</p></li></ol><p>As a student majoring in robotics, I am always thrilled about the idea of working at the intersection of AI and hardware.
