Commissions mature after 30 days from award date or release of hold."}),e.jsx("h3",{className:"text-xl font-semibold mb-2",style:{color:"#000000"},children:"Payout Methods"}),e.jsx("p",{className:"mb-4",style:{color:"#4b5563"},children:"Available payout methods may include PayPal, bank transfer, or other methods determined by FocusPips. FocusPips may modify payout methods or schedules at any time."}),e.jsx("h3",{className:"text-xl font-semibold mb-2",style:{color:"#000000"},children:"Minimum Payout Threshold"}),e.jsx("p",{className:"mb-4",style:{color:"#4b5563"},children:"Affiliate commissions are paid only once the Affiliate's available balance reaches at least €50 (fifty euros). The Affiliate shall not:"}),e.jsxs("ul",{className:"list-disc pl-8 mb-4 space-y-2",style:{color:"#4b5563"},children:[e.jsx("li",{children:"Distribute affiliate links through spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive practices"}),e.jsx("li",{children:"Create fake accounts or misleading pages to generate referrals"}),e.jsx("li",{children:"Misrepresent FocusPips, its services, pricing, or performance"}),e.jsx("li",{children:"Use redirection or cloaking methods intended to mislead users"})]}),e.jsx("p",{className:"mb-4",style:{color:"#4b5563"},children:"Violation of this section results in immediate forfeiture of unpaid commissions and possible account termination."})]}),e.jsxs("section",{className:"mb-8",children:[e.jsx("h2",{className:"text-2xl font-semibold mb-4",style:{color:"#000000"},children:"11.
