1913cover missing and exploited children; and</p> 1914<p>                    (II)  law enforcement officers in their efforts to identify, locate, and recover missing and exploited children; and</p> 1915<p>            (ii)    searching public records databases and publicly accessible open source data toâ</p> 1916<p>                    (I)    locate and identify potential abductors and offenders involved in attempted or actual abductions; and</p> 1917<p>                    (II)  identify, locate, and recover abducted children;</p> 1918<p>H.      provide forensic and direct on-site technical assistance and consultation to families, law enforcement agencies, child-serving professionals, and nongovernmental organizations in child abduction and exploitation cases, including facial reconstruction of skeletal remains and similar techniques to assist on long-term missing child cases in the identification of unidentified deceased children;</p> 1919<p>I.      provide education, technical assistance, and information toâ</p> 1920<p>            (i)    nongovernmental organizations with respect to procedures and resources to conduct background checks on individuals working with children; and</p> 1921<p>            (ii)   law enforcement agencies with respect to identifying and locating noncompliant sex offenders;</p> 1922<p>J.      facilitate the deployment of the National Emergency Child Locator Center to assist in reuniting missing children with their parents during periods of national disasters;</p> 1923<p>K.      work with families, law enforcement agencies, electronic service providers, electronic payment service providers, technology companies, nongovernmental organizations, and others on methods to reduce the existence and distribution of online images and videos of sexually exploited childrenâ</p> 1924<p>            (i)  by operating a CyberTipline toâ</p> 1925<p>                    (I)  provide to individuals and electronic service providers an effective means of reporting internet-related and other instances of child sexual exploitation in the areas ofâ</p> 1926<p>                            (aa) possession, manufacture, and distribution of child sexual abuse material;</p> 1927<p>                            (bb) online enticement of children for sexual acts;</p> 1928<p>                            (cc) child sex trafficking;</p> 1929<p>                            (dd) extraterritorial child sexual abuse and exploitation;</p> 1930<p>                            (ee) child sexual molestation;</p> 1931<p>                            (ff) unsolicited obscene material sent to a child;</p> 1932<p>                            (gg) misleading domain names; and</p> 1933<p>                            (hh) misleading words or digital images on the internet; and</p> 1934<p>                            (II) make reports received through the CyberTipline available to the appropriate law enforcement agency for its review and potential investigation; and</p> 1935<p>            (ii) by operating a child victim identification program to assist law enforcement agencies in identifying victims of child sexual abuse material and other sexual crimes and support the recovery of children from sexually exploitative situations, including by providing information on legal remedies available to such victims;</p> 1936<p>L.      provide support services, consultation, and assistance to missing and sexually exploited children, parents, their families, and child-serving professionals onâ</p> 1937<p>            (i)  recovery support, including counseling recommendations and community support;</p> 1938<p>            (ii)  family and peer support;</p> 1939<p>            (iii)    requesting the removal of child sexual abuse material and sexually exploitive content depicting children from the internet, including by assisting with requests to providers (as defined in section 2258E of title 18, United States Code) to remove visual depictions of victims thatâ</p> 1940<p>                    (I)    constitute or are associated with child sexual abuse material; or</p> 1941<p>                    (II)  do not constitute child sexual abuse material but are sexually suggestive;</p> 1942<p>M.      develop and disseminate programs and educational information to families, child-serving professionals, law enforcement agencies, State and local governments, nongovernmental organizations, schools, local educational agencies, child-serving organizations, and the general public onâ</p> 1943<p>            (i) the prevention of missing children and child sexual exploitation;</p> 1944<p>            (ii) internet safety, including tips and strategies to promote safety for children using technology (including social media), and reduce risk relating toâ       </p> 1945<p>                    (I)    cyberbullying;</p> 1946<p>                    (II)  child sex trafficking;</p> 1947<p>                    (III) youth-produced child sexual abuse material or sexting;</p> 1948<p>                    (IV) sextortion; and</p> 1949<p>                    (V)  online enticement;</p> 1950<p>N.      provide technical assistance and training to local educational agencies, schools, State and local law enforcement agencies, individuals, and other nongovernmental organizations that assist with finding missing and abducted children in identifying and recovering such children and preventing child sexual exploitation;</p> 1951<p>O.       coordinate with and provide technical assistance to Federal, State, and local government agencies relating to cases of children missing from a State or Tribal child welfare system and assist the efforts of law enforcement agencies and State and Tribal child welfare agencies inâ</p> 1952<p>            (i)  coordinating to ensure the reporting, documentation, and resolution of cases involving children missing from a State or Tribal child welfare system;
