Built around their passion for inventive food, quality craft beer, and community, Beachwood quickly became a neighborhood gathering place where guests could discover great food and beer in a welcoming atmosphere.</p> 162 <p>In 2011, Beachwood opened Beachwood Brewing in Downtown Long Beach, bringing together a talented brewing team that went on to create numerous award-winning beers and Beachwood house favorites.</p> 163 <p>In 2015, Beachwood Blendery launched as an ambitious exploration of beers inspired by the Belgian Lambic tradition, combining traditional techniques with modern ingredients and methods.</p> 164 <p>In 2024, Beachwood entered the world of distilling with the launch of Beachwood Distilling in Bixby Knolls, Long Beach. Guided by a grain-to-glass philosophy, the distillery produces spirits crafted in-house, including gin, vodka, and rum.</p> 165 <p>Today, Beachwood includes a production brewery, distillery, pizzeria, tasting rooms, and restaurants throughout Southern California. Through every chapter, our mission has remained the same: a dedicated focus on quality beverages, food, and service - a place where everyone feels at home!</p> 166 </div> 167 <div id="beachwood-beer" class="left-image inset"> 168 <div> 169 <img src="/assets/about/beer-6f24a890811614a4b0d795f92b5d8e836253482cd45c68549bcede47b024147e.jpg" /> 170 </div> 171 <div> 172 <h2>Beachwood Beer</h2> 173 <p>Beachwood Brewing is an independent, award-winning brewery crafting an innovative lineup of house beers, including distinctive West Coast-style IPAs, seasonal favorites, and limited releases. Since brewing our first beer in Downtown Long Beach in 2011, we’ve continued to push boundaries, explore new flavors, and refine our craft.</p> 174 <p>Our brewers are constantly evolving our recipes, seeking out new ingredients and techniques, and drawing inspiration from around the world. We were among the first Los Angeles-area breweries to regularly produce West Coast-style IPAs, a style that has become a defining part of the Beachwood identity.</p> 175 <p>When you taste a Beachwood IPA, you know it’s a Beachwood IPA.</p> 176 <p><a href="https://shop.beachwoodbrewing.com/"><button type="button" class="large">EXPLORE BEACHWOOD BEERS →</button></a></p> 177 </div> 178 </div> 179 <div id="beachwood-blendery" class="right-image inset"> 180 <div> 181 <img src="/assets/about/blendery-a06e3fd60e7b063d91d9fee40afaa481ff54a21ba7ee96c3faf837fbe1515a96.jpg" /> 182 </div> 183 <div> 184 <h2>Beachwood Blendery</h2> 185 <p>Our sister project, Beachwood Blendery, is dedicated to small-batch, Lambic-inspired sour beers. Led by Head Blender Harrison McCabe, the Blendery combines traditional Belgian-inspired techniques with modern ingredients and methods to create complex, tart, and funky beers.</p> 186 <p>From oak-aged blends to 100% spontaneously fermented beers, these beers take time—and we think they’re worth the wait.</p> 187 <p><a href="blendery.html"><button type="button" class="large">LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR GEEKERY →</button></a></p> 188 </div> 189 </div> 190 <div id="beachwood-culinary-program" class="left-image inset"> 191 <div> 192 <img src="/assets/about/culinary-program-26ba754b2e4f4eda3d43eb2f8875181bfb401612477226d467fda8bd1706a986.jpg" /> 193 </div> 194 <div> 195 <h2>Culinary Program</h2> 196 <p>At Beachwood, curiosity drives our culinary program. We create approachable, inventive dishes using high-quality, seasonal ingredients, while continually exploring new flavors, techniques, and possibilities.</p> 197 <p>Our full-service kitchens at Beachwood Pizza & Beer in Huntington Beach and Beachwood Brewing & Distilling in Bixby Knolls bring the same spirit of creativity and craftsmanship to the plate.</p> 198 </div> 199 </div> 200</div> 201 202 <footer> 203 <div class="newsletter-popup"> 204 <div class="close-popup"></div> 205 <h2>Sign up for our newsletter!</h2> 206 <p>Weâll fill you in on new arrivals, insiders news, and updates in the world of Beachwood Brewing</p> 207 <div id="mc_embed_signup"> 208 <form action="https://beachwoodbbq.us20.list-manage.com/subscribe/post?u=7c3fe34bcbe3074743809a3cf&id=a34a90cdfa" method="post" id="mc-embedded-subscribe-form" name="mc-embedded-subscribe-form" class="validate" target="_blank" onsubmit="closePopup()" novalidate> 209 <div id="mc_embed_signup_scroll"> 210 <div class="mc-field-group"> 211 <input type="text" value="" name="EMAIL" class="required email large" id="mce-EMAIL" placeholder="EMAIL ADDRESS" title="Email address"> 212 </div> 213 <div id="mce-responses" class="clear"> 214 <div class="response" id="mce-error-response" style="display:none"></div> 215 <div class="response" id="mce-success-response" style="display:none"></div> 216 </div> <!-- real people should not fill this in and expect good things - do not remove this or risk form bot signups--> 217 <div style="position: absolute; left: -5000px;" aria-hidden="true"> 218 <input type="text" name="b_7c3fe34bcbe3074743809a3cf_a34a90cdfa" tabindex="-1" value="" class="large"> 219 </div> 220 <div class="clear"> 221 <button type="submit" value="Subscribe" name="subscribe" id="mc-embedded-subscribe" class="large">SIGN UP!</button> 222 </div> 223 </div> 224 </form> 225 </div> 226 </div> 227 <div class="locations-desktop"> 228 <h3><a href="locations.html">LOCATIONS</a></h3> 229 <p><a href="huntingtonbeach.html">HUNTINGTON BEACH</a> | <a href="bixbyknolls.html">BIXBY KNOLLS</a></p> 230 <p><a href="secondpch.html">2ND & PCH</a> | <a href="gardengrove.html">GARDEN GROVE</a></p> 231 </div> 232 <div class="locations-mobile"> 233 <h3><a href="locations.html">LOCATIONS</a></h3> 234 <p><a href="huntingtonbeach.html">HUNTINGTON BEACH</a></p> 235 <p><a href="bixbyknolls.html">BIXBY KNOLLS</a></p> 236 <p><a href="secondpch.html">2ND & PCH</a></p> 237 <p><a href="gardengrove.html">GARDEN GROVE</a></p> 238 <p></p> 239 </div> 240 <div class="social"><a href="https://www.instagram.com/beachwoodbrewingco/?hl=en"><img class="instagram social" src="/assets/instagram@2x-cf1f492998296bfe84d1749a8ebebf37e5a156cb0e4bdd943ae924f35869d781.png" /></a></div> 241 <div id="connected-and-links"> 242 <div id="connected"> 243 <h3>STAY CONNECTED</h3> 244 <div id="mc_embed_signup"> 245 <form action="https://beachwoodbbq.us20.list-manage.com/subscribe/post?u=7c3fe34bcbe3074743809a3cf&id=a34a90cdfa" method="post" id="mc-embedded-subscribe-form" name="mc-embedded-subscribe-form" class="validate" target="_blank" novalidate> 246 <div id="mc_embed_signup_scroll"> 247 <div class="mc-field-group"> 248 <input type="text" value="" name="EMAIL" class="required email large" id="mce-EMAIL" placeholder="EMAIL ADDRESS" title="Email address"> 249 </div> 250 <div id="mce-responses" class="clear"> 251 <div class="response" id="mce-error-response" style="display:none"></div> 252 <div class="response" id="mce-success-response" style="display:none"></div> 253 </div> <!-- real people should not fill this in and expect good things - do not remove this or risk form bot signups--> 254 <div style="position: absolute; left: -5000px;" aria-hidden="true"> 255 <input type="text" name="b_7c3fe34bcbe3074743809a3cf_a34a90cdfa" tabindex="-1" value="" class="large"> 256 </div> 257 <div class="clear"> 258 <button type="submit" value="Subscribe" name="subscribe" id="mc-embedded-subscribe" class="large">SIGN UP!</button> 259 </div> 260 </div> 261 </form> 262 </div> 263 </div> 264 <div id="links"> 265 <a href="about.html"> 266 <h3>OUR STORY</h3> 267 </a> 268 <a href="water.html"> 269 <h3>WATER</h3> 270 </a> 271 <a href="https://shop.beachwoodbrewing.com"> 272 <h3>SHOP</h3> 273 </a> 274 <a href="mailto:[email protected]"> 275 <h3>CONTACT</h3> 276 </a> 277 </div> 278 </div> 279 <div id="left-triangles"></div> 280 <div id="right-triangles"> 281 <div></div> 282 </div> 283</footer>
