While we endeavour to ensure that the Platform is available at all times, we do not warrant or guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without liability, with or without notice.',"4.3 The AI-Generated Content produced by the Platform is generated algorithmically based on the inputs provided by the User. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, legal compliance, or fitness for any particular purpose of any AI-Generated Content. The User acknowledges and agrees that all AI-Generated Content must be independently reviewed, verified, and approved by the User before publication or distribution.","4.4 The Company expressly disclaims any responsibility for AI-Generated Content that is factually inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. The available Subscription plans are as follows:",list:["(a) Walk-in Plan â for individuals, USD 0.00 per month, including 5 Generations per day;","(b) Regular Plan â for restaurants, USD 100.00 per month, including 20 press release generations per day and 1 media distribution per month.","(c) VIP Plan â for groups, USD 300.00 per month, including 20 press release generations per day and 3 media distributions per month.","The Company reserves the right to amend the foregoing Subscription plans and pricing at any time by providing the User with no less than thirty (30) days' prior written notice."]},{heading:"",body:"",list:["5.2 All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information and authorise the Company and its payment processor to process payments using the payment method selected by you.",'5.3 Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as applicable)
1in accordance with the billing cycle selected by the User at the time of purchase. All fees are stated and payable in the currency specified on the Platform and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or levies, including Value Added Tax ("VAT") imposed under the applicable UAE tax legislation, which shall be payable by the User in addition to the stated fees.',"5.4 The Company reserves the right to modify Subscription fees at any time. Any fee changes shall become effective at the start of the next billing cycle following notice of the change. Your continued use of the Services after a fee change constitutes your acceptance of the revised fees."]},{heading:"",body:"5.5 All fees paid are non-refundable except as expressly provided in this Clause 5.5 or as required by Applicable Law.",list:["(a) If you cancel your Subscription during a billing cycle, you shall continue to have access to the Services until the end of that billing cycle, and no pro-rata refund shall be issued for the remainder of the billing period.","(b) Unused credits or allocations within a Subscription plan shall not roll over to subsequent billing periods unless expressly stated otherwise on the Platform.","(c) The Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund in the following circumstances: (i) a material and sustained failure of the Platform that renders the Services wholly unavailable for a continuous period of seventy-two (72) hours or more during a billing cycle; or (ii) a verified duplicate or erroneous charge processed through the payment system.","(d) Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within fourteen (14) calendar days of the event giving rise to the request. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you shall not:",list:["(a) upload, submit, or transmit any Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, threatening, abusive, harassing, or that infringes upon the Intellectual Property Rights or other proprietary rights of any third party.","(b) use the Platform to generate or distribute content that is false, misleading, or deceptive, or that constitutes spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or bulk electronic messages in violation of Applicable Law.","(c) use the Platform in a manner that violates any applicable media regulations, advertising standards, or content restrictions, including without limitation those imposed by the UAE Media Council or its successor authorities.","(d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other user accounts, or any computer systems or networks connected to the Platform.","(e) use any automated means, including bots, scrapers, or crawlers, to access the Platform or extract data therefrom without our prior written consent.","(f) interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of the Platform or the Services.","(g) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the Platform or any component thereof.","(h) use the Services to distribute content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity, discrimination, or hatred.","(i) impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.","(j) use the Platform in any manner that c
1ould damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform or interfere with any other party's use of the Platform.","(k) use the Platform or the Services to generate, publish, or distribute Content that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, misleading, or reasonably likely to expose the Company, the Platform, or any User to legal, regulatory, governmental, or reputational concern, including in relation to any government, public authority, public official, public figure, or similar public matter."]},{heading:"",body:"",list:["6.2 You are solely responsible for ensuring that all Content submitted to the Platform, including all information used to generate AI-Generated Content, is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe upon any third-party rights. The Company does not pre-screen, monitor, or review Content submitted by Users except as may be required by Applicable Law or as necessary to maintain Platform integrity."]}]},{id:"intellectual-property",title:"INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS",list:["7.1 The Platform, including its design, layout, functionality, software, code, algorithms, AI models, databases, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, and all other elements thereof, are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by Intellectual Property Rights under Applicable Law and international conventions. Nothing in these Terms grants the User any ownership interest in or to the Platform.","7.2 Subject to these Terms, the Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and the Services solely for the User's business, marketing, promotional and public relations purposes during the term of the User's Subscription.","7.3 As between the Company and the User, the User retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Content submitted by the User to the Platform, subject to the licence granted in Clause 7.4.","7.4 By submitting Content to the Platform, the User grants the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, process, adapt, and display such Content solely for the purposes of providing the Services, including generating AI-Generated Content and facilitating Distribution Services. The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data by the Company shall be governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.","8.2 The Company processes personal data in accordance with the UAE Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and its implementing regulations. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described

Such providers may process User Data in connection with the provision of the Services, as further described in the Privacy Policy.","8.4 The Company has entered into the standard terms of service and privacy policies of each of the foregoing third-party service providers. The User acknowledges that the processing of User Data by such third-party providers is additionally governed by their respective terms and privacy policies, which may involve the transfer of data outside the United Arab Emirates.","8.5 The Company shall implement appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect User Data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or alteration. The Company strongly recommends that all AI-Generated Content be independently reviewed, fact-checked, and approved by authorised personnel before publication or distribution. The Company shall bear no liability for any consequences arising from the publication or distribution of AI-Generated Content that has not been adequately reviewed by the User.","10.4 The Company does not guarantee the delivery, receipt, or publication of any press release distributed through the Distribution Services.
