When you participate 83 in a screening through Reqly:</p> 84 <ul> 85 <li><strong>Reqly is not the employer:</strong> We act solely as a screening tool used by the 86 employer. We do not make hiring decisions and have no control over the outcome of your 87 screening.</li> 88 <li><strong>No guarantee of employment:</strong> Completing a screening call does not guarantee 89 employment or any further consideration.</li> 90 <li><strong>Document sharing:</strong> Any materials you upload (such as resumes) will be shared 91 with the employer who initiated the screening.</li> 92 <li><strong>Screening calls:</strong> By initiating a screening call, you consent to being called 93 by our AI system. Screening calls may be recorded for quality and verification purposes where 94 permitted by applicable law.</li> 95 <li><strong>Access codes:</strong> Job access codes are single-use and intended for one applicant 96 only. Reqly is not responsible for errors in pricing, 105 availability, appointment details, or any other information provided by the Service.</li> 106 <li><strong>You must verify critical information:</strong> You are responsible for verifying any 107 important information (e.g., medical appointments, expensive quotes, legal matters) directly with 108 the business before relying on it.</li> 109 <li><strong>No financial liability:</strong> Reqly is not liable for any financial losses resulting from 110 AI inaccuracies, including but not limited to incorrect pricing, booking failures, or missed 111 appointments.</li> 112 <li><strong>No binding contracts:</strong> The AI cannot enter into legally binding contracts on your 113 behalf. TCPA Compliance & Authorized Use</h2> 124 <p><strong>You represent and warrant that:</strong></p> 125 <ul> 126 <li><strong>Legitimate Interest:</strong> You have a legitimate interest in contacting each business you 127 direct Reqly to call (e.g., you are a potential customer seeking information about their products or 128 services).</li> 129 <li><strong>No Telemarketing:</strong> You are not using the Service for any form of telemarketing, 130 sales, commercial solicitation, lead generation, or marketing purposes.</li> 131 <li><strong>Authorized Communications:</strong> You have the right to initiate contact with each 132 business and are not violating any Do Not Call lists or prior requests to stop communication.</li> 133 <li><strong>Call Authorization:</strong> You authorize Reqly to place calls you request. You are 134 responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.</li> 135 <li><strong>Personal Use Only:</strong> You are using the Service for personal, informational purposes 136 only.</li> 137 </ul> 138 <p><strong>Indemnification:</strong> You agree to indemnify and hold Reqly harmless from any claims, 139 damages, or liabilities arising from your violation of the TCPA, Robocall laws, or similar 140 telecommunications regulations in the US and Canada.</p> 141 142 <h2>6.
