28We own the sureops product, marks, and documentation. You own your data and the AI-generated content produced from it (RCAs, runbooks, action items).

32The private beta has no formal SLA. We respond to customer-reported issues within 1 business day. Production tiers post-GA have explicit SLAs — see [/pricing](/pricing).

36You can cancel anytime. We can terminate accounts for acceptable-use violations with notice. On termination, you have 30 days to export your data.

40The service is provided **as-is** during beta. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.
