Processing of Notices</h2> <p class="svelte-1vcc6mo">Upon receipt of a valid infringement notice, we will:</p> <ol class="svelte-1vcc6mo"><li class="svelte-1vcc6mo">Acknowledge receipt within 2 business days</li> <li class="svelte-1vcc6mo">Review the notice for completeness and validity</li> <li class="svelte-1vcc6mo">If valid, promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material on our platform</li> <li class="svelte-1vcc6mo">Notify the user associated with the content of the takedown</li> <li class="svelte-1vcc6mo">Provide the user with a copy of the notice (with personal contact information redacted)</li></ol> <p class="svelte-1vcc6mo">For content generated via MCP that exists only on the user's local machine, we cannot directly remove the material. In such cases, we will notify the user and may suspend their access to relevant Service components.</p> <h2 class="svelte-1vcc6mo">4. Counter-Notification</h2> <p class="svelte-1vcc6mo">If you believe your content was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. 1MCP (code/patches):</strong> AI-generated TouchDesigner patches and code may incorporate patterns similar to existing work. Users are responsible for reviewing generated code and ensuring it does not infringe on third-party rights.</li> <li class="svelte-1vcc6mo"><strong class="svelte-1vcc6mo">HUB (components):</strong> Components in the library are curated by our team.
