1const e=`## End-to-end flow 2 3Listing an asset on xPharma takes you through three stages, all coordinated from the **Onboarding Hub**: 4 51. **Entity verification** â confirm your legal entity (corporate details for companies; just institution name and country for universities and TTOs). 62. **Personnel verification** â invite teammates and verify key contacts. 73. **Asset verification** â upload documents, populate the structured profile, and submit for admin review. 8 9You can work on stages in any order, but the asset cannot be published until all three are complete. 10 11## Step 1 â Entity verification 12 13Start with **Entity verification** in the Onboarding Hub. Companies confirm their legal entity name, jurisdiction, registered address, primary corporate website, and a primary contact. Universities and research institutions (TTOs) select the academic option and only need their institution's official name and country â an EIN, legal address, authorized signatory, and a supporting document are optional but strengthen the review. Once submitted, an admin reviews the entity and either approves or asks for clarification. You'll see the status in the Onboarding Hub. 14 15## Step 2 â Personnel verification 16 17Move on to **Personnel verification** to add the people who should appear on listings or have account access â inventors, scientific lead, legal reviewer, business development. 18 19You can add a person directly (we'll auto-link them if they already have an xPharma account) or send an email invitation. Invitations carry a 7-day window; once the recipient accepts, they are added to the supplier organization with the role you chose. 20 21## Step 3 â Asset verification 22 23Open **Asset verification** for the asset you want to list. The page is split into two halves: 24 25### Document upload 26 27Drag-and-drop your data room. Supported formats include PDF, DOCX, XLSX, and PPTX. xPharma will: 28 29- Auto-categorize each document into the pharma-specific taxonomy. 30- Extract structured asset data (target, MOA, preclinical, CMC, IP, clinical, commercial) into the profile. 31- Flag low-confidence extractions for your review. 32 33You can override a category at any time, mark a document as confidential, or remove it entirely. 34 35### Structured profile 36 37The right pane shows the asset profile populating in real time as documents are processed. Fields with high-confidence extractions appear filled; fields needing input are highlighted. The **completeness score** at the top tells you how much of the standard buyer-facing fields are populated. 38 39## Submitting for review 40 41When entity, personnel, and asset verification are all green, the **Submit for review** button activates. Your asset moves from draft to under review, and an admin runs the final checks â patent assignment, mechanism, safety data, clinical stage, inventor match. 42 43Once approved, the asset becomes visible to buyers in the marketplace and in semantic search. 44 45## After publication 46 47You can: 48 49- Update the asset profile (material changes return it to review for re-verification of the affected sections). 50- Use **Market view** to preview the buyer experience and benchmark against anonymized peers. 51- Manage incoming buyer inquiries from the supplier dashboard. 52- Track audit history for any changes to the listing. 53`;export{e as default};
