const e=`## What xPharma is

xPharma is a pharma business development marketplace and incubator hybrid. We give suppliers a structured place to list pre-clinical and clinical assets, and we give buyers a way to find — and diligence — those assets without spending months reading slide decks and chasing unverified data rooms.

The platform compresses transaction timelines by controlling the supply side. Every asset is verified before it goes live, structured into a normalized profile, and presented alongside an AI-driven valuation. Buyers see substance, not pitches.

## Who it is for

xPharma supports two primary audiences:

- **Suppliers** — biotechs, academic spin-outs, and asset holders looking to license, partner, or sell pre-clinical and clinical programs. Suppliers register, complete entity and personnel verification, then upload a data room. The AI extracts structured asset data automatically.
- **Buyers** — pharma BD teams, investors, and licensing groups looking for in-licensing or acquisition candidates. Buyers register, get approved, then search and engage suppliers directly through structured profiles.

Both sides are admin-approved before going live. There is no public marketplace browsing without an account.

## How a deal flows

The platform organizes every transaction around three steps:

201. **Verify** — Suppliers complete entity verification, personnel checks, and document-level asset review. Only credible assets reach the marketplace.
212. **Position** — AI reads the data room and builds a structured profile (target, MOA, preclinical, CMC, IP, clinical, commercial). Suppliers see their listing populate as they upload.
223. **Transact** — Buyers search, shortlist, and engage. Pre-built data rooms and structured profiles compress diligence to weeks instead of months.
