Watchlists are how you keep track of assets and search criteria you care about. There are two kinds:

- **Asset watchlists** — pin a specific asset to follow updates (verification changes, new documents, valuation updates).
- **Search watchlists** — save a search query and get notified when new assets match.

Both live in your buyer dashboard.

## Pinning an asset

On any asset detail page, click **Add to watchlist**. The asset is added to your watchlist and you'll be notified when:

- The supplier publishes new documents.
- Verification status changes.
- The valuation moves materially.
- The asset is taken off the marketplace.

You can unpin an asset at any time. Watchlists are private to your buyer account.

## Saving a search

When you've built a search query you want to monitor — e.g. *"oral small molecule oncology assets at IND or earlier"* — click **Save search** in the search bar. New listings matching the query trigger a notification.

Saved searches re-run when new assets are published; they don't poll continuously.

## Inquiries

When you find an asset you want to engage on, click **Send inquiry** from the asset detail page. The inquiry goes to the supplier's BD contact with your buyer organization name and a free-text message. Suppliers typically respond within a few business days. You can see the status of your sent inquiries on the buyer dashboard.

## Notifications

Watchlist and inquiry notifications are sent to your registered email. You can manage notification preferences from your profile. Unsubscribe links are included in every notification email.
