He is convinced that children are the first victims of mass migration. 11Carmineâs most recent long-term project is âLeft Behind in Moldovaâ, which was exhibited in Milan and Rome. He tackles this very subject, investigating migration in Europe, focussing on Moldova, a country that in recent years has seen as many as one million people leave to find work.
