The responsibility for remuneration of the",toolsUseByOrganizerMessage4:"is exclusive to the organizer.",toolsUseByOrganizerMessage5:"4.2. The Organizer is solely responsible for the event and all related licenses and contracts, including attractions, security, suppliers, sponsors, public agency requirements, among others.",toolsUseByOrganizerMessage6:"4.3. The Organizer must ensure not to violate good manners and any legal norms, including, but not limited to, patent, trademark, image rights, and/or copyright.",toolsUseByOrganizerMessage7:"4.4. The Organizer is solely responsible for the links, shortcuts, and/or redirections provided on the event page through the",toolsUseByOrganizerMessage8:"does not endorse their quality, truthfulness, and safety.",toolsUseByOrganizerMessage9:"4.5. The Organizer must inform the",toolsUseByOrganizerMessage10:"immediately about changes and/or event cancellation.",toolsUseByOrganizerMessage11:"4.6. The Organizer must comply with all legal regulations, including the Consumer Protection Code, and reimburse the amounts paid by Consumers if the event undergoes significant changes or fails to occur, regardless of the reason.",toolsUseByOrganizerMessage12:"4.7. 1y:"5. Ticket Purchase",ticketsBuyMessage:"5.1. A",ticketsBuyMessage2:"created the tools for the Organizer to sell and the Consumer to acquire their tickets.",ticketsBuyMessage3:"5.2. When logging in, the Consumer will be making payment in a secure environment through credit card or bank slip, or another form valid at the time, with these payment methods subject to availability according to each event.",ticketsBuyMessage4:"5.3. When purchasing a ticket for an event through the payment mediation platform of",ticketsBuyMessage5:"the Consumer undertakes to pay the contracted amounts. Identified cases of bad faith, the Consumer will be subject to appropriate civil and criminal legal actions.",ticketsBuyMessage6:"5.4. When making a purchase, the following rules apply:",ticketsBuyMessage7:"⢠If the Consumer provides incorrect, incomplete, or outdated data, the purchase may not be confirmed. A",ticketsBuyMessage18:"and credit card companies reserve the right to cancel the purchase made by the Consumer, resulting in the cancellation of the digital ticket or voucher, in cases of data inconsistency, improper use of promotional coupons, use of third-party cards, use of third-party registrations, as well as in those cases where the security analysis of the purchase by the anti-fraud system indicates, a fact that will be communicated to the Consumer through the customer service channels of ",ticketsBuyMessage19:"5.6. The service fee will be defined at the discretion of the",serviceFeeMessage4:"serving only to cover the costs of the service provided and will maintain the perfect balance between the ticket price and the service provided to the Consumer.",serviceFeeMessage5:"6.3. The aforementioned fee, when applicable, will be informed at the time of purchase separately from the face value of the ticket.",serviceFeeMessage6:"6.4. As soon as the financial intermediary confirms the payment to the",sellsAndPaymentsMessage5:"it will carry out internal
1confirmation procedures and, afterwards, pass on to the Organizer the amount due to them, minus the service fee.",sellsAndPaymentsMessage6:"7.2. Any operation involving purchase, payment, and/or transfer of resources may undergo an internal validation process by the",ticketUtilization:"8. Delivery and Use of Tickets",ticketUtilizationMessage:"8.1. Tickets purchased through the",ticketUtilizationMessage2:"platform will be sent to the email indicated by the Consumer as soon as the payment is approved. Real-time approved payments enable tickets to also be downloaded on the purchase confirmation screen itself.",ticketUtilizationMessage3:"8.2. It is the Consumer's responsibility to configure their spam, filters, or similar systems so that they do not interfere with the receipt of communications and materials from the",ticketUtilizationMessage4:"no excuses will be accepted if the Consumer did not have access to any email or electronic message due to the mentioned resources, which will not generate any expectation of rights or compensation to the Consumer",ticketUtilizationMessage5:"8.3.
