110  <p>The enquiry form on this website requests a consultation. Submitting it does not create a contract for services. We may decline an enquiry, and we frequently do where we do not think we can help. Any engagement that follows is governed by a separate written agreement.</p>

128  <p>You join by ticking the SMS consent box on our enquiry form and submitting your mobile number. The box is not ticked by default. We do not add numbers to the programme by any other route, and we never buy or import numbers from third parties.</p>

132    You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to book a consultation, to become a client, or to buy anything from us. If you leave the consent box unticked we will contact you by email and by phone instead, and nothing else about our service changes.

136  <p>Reply <b>STOP</b> to any message from us at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that we will send you no further text messages. There is no charge from us for opting out, and you do not need to give a reason.</p>
