       <p><strong>"Mileage Tracking"</strong> means the optional feature that can automatically detect drives using
           device sensors and location data, record trip information, help you classify drives (for example, business

       <h2>Privacy Policy</h2>

       <h3>1. Scope</h3>
       <p>
           This Privacy Policy explains how JetMAX collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you
           access or use the Platform in the United States. Other countries may have separate privacy notices.
       </p>

       <h3>2. How Mileage Tracking Works</h3>
       <p>
           When you enable Mileage Tracking and grant the required permissions, JetMAX can run in the background of
           your device to help detect drives based on movement and activity signals — so you typically do not need to
           press a start or stop button for each trip.
       </p>
       <p>
           You can classify drives (for example, as business or personal), add notes, parking and toll expenses, name
           locations, manage vehicles, and create reports to share for taxes, employer reimbursement, or personal
           records. You can pause or turn off Mileage Tracking, revoke permissions, or delete trip data at any time as
           described below.
       </p>
       <p>
           If you do not want drive data collected, do not enable Mileage Tracking, keep it turned off, revoke location
           / activity permissions, sign out where applicable, or uninstall the app.
       </p>

       <h3>3. Information We Collect</h3>
       <p>Depending on how you use the Platform, we may collect the following categories of information:</p>
       <ul>
           <li><strong>Account Information:</strong> name, email address, login credentials, profile information, and account preferences.</li>
           <li><strong>User-Provided Content:</strong> support requests, messages, notes, classifications, named locations, vehicle details, parking/toll amounts, custom purposes, and other content you submit.</li>
           <li><strong>Usage and Log Data:</strong> IP address, app activity, access times, navigation behavior, crash reports, diagnostics, feature interactions, and similar telemetry used to troubleshoot and improve the Services.</li>
           <li><strong>Device Information:</strong> device type, operating system, app version, unique device identifiers, language, mobile carrier, and browser type where applicable.</li>
           <li><strong>Location Information:</strong> if you grant permission, precise and/or approximate location data from your device. For Mileage Tracking, this may include background location while the feature is enabled, so drives can be detected and recorded automatically.</li>
           <li><strong>Motion / Activity Information:</strong> if you grant permission, activity-recognition signals (for example, indications that you may be in a vehicle, still, or walking) used to help start and stop automatic trip recording.</li>
           <li><strong>Drive and Mileage Data:</strong> trip start and end times; start and end coordinates and addresses; route summaries (such as encoded polylines); distance and duration; classification (business, personal, or other); purposes; vehicle association; estimated deduction amounts; and related metadata. Detailed raw GPS point traces are generally stored on your device; closed-trip summaries may sync to our servers so your history can be restored across devices or after reinstall.</li>
           <li><strong>Camera and Photos:</strong> if you grant permission, camera or photo-gallery access for features that need it.</li>
           <li><strong>Subscription and Transaction Information:</strong> if you purchase a subscription or paid feature, we may receive transaction details, subscription status, and related billing information from third-party app stores or payment processors. We do not receive your full payment card number unless expressly stated otherwise.</li>
           <li><strong>Communications:</strong> information you provide when contacting support or otherwise communicating with us.</li>
       </ul>
       <p>
           We may also collect de-identified or aggregated information that is not reasonably linkable to you on its
           own (for example, device type or usage patterns). We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from
           children under 13.
       </p>

       <h3>4. How We Collect Information</h3>
       <p>We collect information when you:</p>
       <ul>
           <li>Create an account or sign in;</li>

           <li>Contact us for support or otherwise communicate with us;</li>
           <li>Grant device permissions such as location (including background location), physical activity / activity recognition, notifications, camera, or photo library access;</li>
           <li>Purchase or manage subscriptions or other paid Services;</li>
           <li>Interact with maps, geocoding, analytics, or other third-party services embedded in or used by the Platform.</li>
       </ul>

       <h3>5. How We Use Information</h3>
       <p>We may use collected information to:</p>

           <li>Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Platform and Services;</li>
           <li>Deliver automatic mileage tracking, trip logs, maps, addresses, summaries, deduction estimates, and reports;</li>
           <li>Create, manage, authenticate, and secure User accounts;</li>
           <li>Sync and restore trip and related data across your devices when you are signed in;</li>
           <li>Personalize your experience (for example, named locations or work-related preferences);</li>
           <li>Process subscriptions, purchases, renewals, and account-related transactions;</li>

       </ul>
       <p>
           We will not collect additional categories of Personal Information or use Personal Information for materially
           different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing notice.

       <h3>6. Location Information — Consent, Background Collection, and Control</h3>
       <p>
           By enabling Mileage Tracking and granting location permissions (including “Allow all the time” / background
           location where required), you affirmatively consent to our collection, use, disclosure, and storage of your

           If you consent and do not later stop collection, we will continue collecting location information as needed
           to operate Mileage Tracking. If you later revoke consent or permissions and later re-enable them, collection

       </p>
       <p>
           You may revoke consent at any time by turning off Mileage Tracking in the app, changing location or activity

           purposes (for example, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backups for a limited period).
       </p>
       <p>
           Mileage Tracking is intended to collect <strong>your</strong> location information for

           information.
       </p>
       <p>
           We take reasonable measures to protect location information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized
           access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
       </p>

       <h3>7. How We Share Information</h3>

           <li><strong>Service Providers:</strong> vendors and contractors that help us operate the Platform (hosting, analytics, customer support, communications, maps/geocoding, subscription management, security, and similar services), under confidentiality and data-protection obligations appropriate to the service.</li>
           <li><strong>Maps and Geocoding Providers:</strong> the Services may use Google Maps Platform or similar mapping/geocoding services. To the extent Personal Information is disclosed to Google in connection with those features, Google’s use is governed by the then-current <a href="https://policies.google.com/privacy" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Google Privacy Policy</a>. 384 <li><strong>With Your Direction or Consent:</strong> when you ask us to share information — for example, when you email or otherwise export a mileage report. Once you share a report with a third party, that copy is no longer under our control or subject to our security practices.</li>
       </ul>
       <p>
           We do not sell your Personal Information. We do not rent or lease Personal Information to unrelated third
           parties for their independent marketing.

       <h3>8. Analytics, Aggregated Data, and De-Identified Information</h3>
       <p>
           We may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information for analytics, research, product

       </p>
       <p>
           Drive and mileage data may be retained while your account remains active and thereafter for as long as
           reasonably necessary for the purposes above (including ordinary business continuity and responding to User
           queries), unless you delete the data sooner or applicable law requires a different period.
       </p>
       <p>
           When retention is no longer reasonably necessary, we will delete, anonymize, or de-identify the information,
           unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
       </p>

       <h3>10. Data Security</h3>
       <p>

Revoking required permissions may disable Mileage Tracking automatically.</li>
           <li><strong>Marketing Communications:</strong> you may opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages. We may still send administrative or service-related messages.</li>
           <li><strong>Cookies / Similar Technologies:</strong> if we use them on our website or services, you may be able to control them through browser or device settings, subject to functionality limitations.</li>

       <h3>1. Eligibility</h3>
       <p>
           You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use JetMAX.
           By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal
           capacity to enter into these Terms.
       </p>

       <h3>2. Account Registration and Security</h3>
       <p>
           You may need to create an account to use some features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete
           information and to keep it updated.
       </p>
       <p>
           You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that
           occur under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
       </p>

       <h3>3. JetMAX Services</h3>
       <p>
           JetMAX is a technology platform that provides tools and services intended to help gig economy workers and
           other drivers manage aspects of their activities, finances, planning, mileage, and professional development.
       </p>
       <p>
           JetMAX acts solely as a technology provider. JetMAX does not employ Users, does not act as their agent, and
           does not create any employment, joint venture, partnership, franchise, or similar relationship with Users.
       </p>
       <p>
           We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Platform or Services at any time, with or
           without notice, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
       </p>

       <h3>4. Mileage Tracking Feature</h3>
       <p>
           Mileage Tracking is an optional feature that can automatically track miles using your device’s location and
           activity data to help you create and manage a mileage log. You may use your mileage log to organize,
           categorize, classify, report, and manage potentially reimbursable or deductible miles.
       </p>
       <p>
           By enabling Mileage Tracking or using related features, you consent to collection and use of location and
           activity information as described in the Privacy Policy. Certain features may ask you to opt in to
           notifications or summaries; you may opt out in settings where available.
       </p>
       <p>
           <strong>Not tax, legal, or accounting advice.</strong> Deduction estimates, IRS standard mileage rates
           displayed in the app, reports, and similar figures are provided for convenience only. Tax rules change,
           eligibility varies, and JetMAX does not guarantee that any amount is deductible, reimbursable, or accepted
           by the IRS, an employer, or any other party. You are solely responsible for verifying rates, maintaining
           adequate records, and obtaining advice from a qualified professional.
       </p>
       <p>
           <strong>Accuracy.</strong> Trip detection, distances, routes, addresses, and estimates depend on device
           sensors, permissions, network conditions, maps/geocoding providers, and other factors outside our full
           control. We do not warrant that mileage logs will be complete, uninterrupted, or free of errors or omissions.
       </p>
       <p>
           <strong>Safety.</strong> You acknowledge that you will only use the Services when it is safe to do so. Do
           not interact with the app while driving if doing so would be unsafe or unlawful. To the extent not prohibited
           by law, JetMAX will not be liable for personal injury, death, or property damage arising from negligent or
           unsafe use of the Services.
       </p>

       <h3>5. License and Restrictions</h3>
       <p>
           Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access
           and use the Services on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal
           business use as intended.
       </p>
       <p>
           You agree not to (and not to authorize others to): distribute the Services over a network for concurrent use
           on multiple devices beyond what we expressly allow; rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the
           Services; copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Services except
           to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law; or remove proprietary notices.
       </p>

       <h3>6. Paid Features and Subscriptions</h3>
       <p>
           JetMAX may offer paid subscriptions, premium plans, or in-app purchases. Pricing, billing terms, and
           included features will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
       </p>
       <p>
           If a subscription is offered through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or another third-party platform,
           billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing may be governed in part by that third
           party’s terms and policies. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may automatically renew until canceled.
           You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription through the applicable app store or payment
           provider.
       </p>
       <p>
           Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once charged. You are responsible for any taxes
           associated with your purchase, excluding taxes based on JetMAX’s net income.
       </p>

       <h3>7. Acceptable Use</h3>
       <p>You agree not to:</p>

       <h3>14. Suspension and Termination</h3>
       <p>
           We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if
           we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for JetMAX or others, or if suspension or termination
           is otherwise necessary to protect the Platform, Users, or our legitimate interests.
       </p>
       <p>
           You may stop using the Platform at any time. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their
           nature should survive termination.
       </p>

       <h3>15. Changes to the Platform or Terms</h3>
       <p>

       <h3>16. Governing Law and Venue</h3>
       <p>
           These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Platform or Services will be governed by the
           laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another
           jurisdiction’s laws, except that mandatory consumer-protection laws of your state of residence in the United
           States will apply to the extent they cannot be waived.
       </p>
       <p>
           Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or
           relating to these Terms or the Platform will be brought in the courts of the City of Rio de Janeiro, State of
           Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section
           limits your right to bring claims in small-claims court or to seek remedies that cannot be waived under
           applicable U.S. consumer law.
       </p>

           If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain
           in full force and effect.
       </p>
       <p>
           Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that provision or any
           other provision.
       </p>
       <p>
           These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented to you for specific
