4				and a premium tier.</p></section> <section><h2 class="text-lg font-semibold text-ink">3. Free and Premium Tiers</h2> <p class="mt-2">The free tier includes the radio library, built-in effects and presets, ambient sounds,
5				and focus tools. Premium features such as tab audio capture, upload/export workflows, and
6				custom preset saves are unlocked through a paid subscription (monthly, annual) or a
7				one-time lifetime purchase via Polar.sh.</p></section> <section><h2 class="text-lg font-semibold text-ink">4. Payments and Refunds</h2> <p class="mt-2">All payments are processed through Polar.sh. Monthly and annual subscriptions can be
8				cancelled at any time through your Polar.sh dashboard. Refund requests are handled
9				according to Polar.sh's refund policy.</p></section> <section><h2 class="text-lg font-semibold text-ink">5. License Key</h2> <p class="mt-2">Your premium license key is personal and non-transferable. You may use it on your own
10				supported installs and browser profiles. Sharing, reselling, or distributing license keys
11				is prohibited.</p></section> <section><h2 class="text-lg font-semibold text-ink">6. Audio Content</h2> <p class="mt-2">LoveLofi provides access to third-party radio streams. We do not own or control the
12				content of these streams. The tab audio capture feature processes audio from websites
13				you visit — you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with those services'

Product Analytics</h2> <p class="mt-2">LoveLofi does not collect any usage analytics or track user activity.</p></section> <section><h2 class="text-lg font-semibold text-ink">8. Limitation of Liability</h2> <p class="mt-2">LoveLofi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any
15				damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to interruptions
