Previously Hal was General Manager and SVP of a $70 million dollar operating division of Mosaix until the company was acquired by Lucent Technologies. At Oblix Hal was the first outside VP brought in by the founders. The firm was funded by Kleiner Perkins and raised over $80 million until it was acquired by Oracle. In 2018 Hal helped Brand Embassy get established in the USA market as VP Channels and then the company was acquired by InContact.
