Also, it is not OUR job to research YOUR persona and what kind of gun you should carry. If Pete is busy doing YOUR homework, how is he supposed to get your gun prepped and packed? 229<p> 230For reasons I will never be able to understand, it is people who just buy a belt hook who are the most impatient. They place their order and within 48 hours are stressing out over it, calling here repeatedly and sending multiple emails. I don't know what it is about belt hooks that brings out this behavior in people. 231<p> 232Please do not ask for "updates" on your order, repair or whatever. There are people who seem to think they are the only customer and that we have nothing better to do than give them daily updates on their order. Sorry folks, but this is real life and not The Jetsons...a machine doesn't spit these things out is a few seconds by us simply pressing a button. Hand work takes time and if I have to spend half of my day answering questions from people "just checking on things...no rush", that is half a day spent NOT GETTING ANY REAL WORK DONE. There is one guy who ordered a gun and was told it would be about two months for him to get it...he checks back with us every few days to see how it is going and tell us that he hasn't received it yet. Why? Who knows why people do things!
