For years, I have been trying to understand fitness - watched videos, tried out gym/running, playing sports, but never found as good a structure and organization as here with customization available. The ease of navigating and understanding the website is admirable. This is the first time I didn't feel like giving up on fitness because it is all too complex to understand. I quickly and easily found information on the terminology like reps, counts and sets. There was no complexity in setting the timer or sets. Finding programs and exercise cars using filters, everything is perfect! The best part is that all of this wonderful information is for free. The website has the right balance between doing vs just watching/clicking through things. Love the clean how to do it videos. They have no extra music, instructions or timer. It is simply showing what needs to be done in less than a minute (giving enough time to try and adjust).
