We believe that storytelling can subvert the idea that things have to be the way they are, and as philosopher Hannah Arendt once said, that âstorytelling reveals meaning without committing the error of defining it.â</p>
152<p>Weâre a group defined mostly by what we are not. Weâre not the Cleavers or Ozzie and Harriet (nor do we want to be). We donât aspire to the status quo. Weâre forward thinking, creative, and counter-cultural. Weâre concerned about deeply embedded âtraditionalâ roles and expectations that often dictate how we structure our lives. Weâre creating our own rules. Weâre naturally a big-tent movement for anyone trying to live a life free from unhelpful âshoulds.â <b></b></p>
