This award recipient may be selected from a pool of submitted recommendations or may be chosen from outside the recommendation pool. At its discretion, the Board of Directors may elect not to give the maximum number of awards.</p><p>An individual currently serving on the Board of Directors of ASIFA-Hollywood is ineligible to receive the Winsor McCay award.</p><strong>To Submit an Individual for Consideration:</strong><p>A statement between 200 - 500 words describing the person's involvement in animation and how this person has made a positive and significant impact on the animation industry and the art form must be submitted.
