Late change fees will apply. </p><h3><strong>Mandatory Regulations for All Screeners</strong></h3><p> Full project screeners must be submitted for the following categories: #’s 1 - 11, 20, 21, 30 &amp; 31. Please be certain that your materials conform to the following requirements, as <strong>non-compliance with these screener requirements will jeopardize nominations.</strong></p><ul><li>Screeners must be in a digital format. No disks, flash drives or other hard formats will be accepted.</li><li>Screeners must contain the entire, unedited project. No “extras” or additional materials are allowed.</li><li>Screeners must be “play only”; no menu chapters or other descriptions.</li><li> Slates are needed for all submission clip reels as well as Indee platform uploads. All uploads must open with a five-second slate (black background with white text) that should include the following information: <ul><li>Submission title</li><li>Category number and name</li><li>For the Achievement Categories (#’s12 - 33), artists or team names must also be included</li><li>For the Character Design, Production Design and Storyboard categories, slates should be included at the head of the PDF documents</li><li>Please check the <a href="https://annieawards.org/rules-and-categories/slating-requirements">&quot;Slating Requirements&quot;</a> section to see sample slates.</li></ul></li><li><strong><i>For specific slate details, please see each category’s rules.</i></strong></li><li>For projects not yet released by the submission deadline, security measures can be taken to ensure screener confidentiality. Further security options are available on the Indee platform.</li><li>

Details available when the project is submitted to the Indee platform.</li><li>Materials may not extol the merits of a film and cannot contain PR or advertising art, quotes from reviews or references to other honors or awards that have been received by the film or those involved in its production or distribution.</li><li>Materials may not mention or link to any website or other media site that promotes the film.</li><li>All of the above requisites also apply when submitting digital files in consideration for music awards.
