The final applicable percentage shall be communicated in the customized offer following the completion of the review process described in Section 1.2. If any commission has already been paid in connection with a transaction that is subsequently reversed, invalidated, or disqualified, the Company reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from future commission payouts.
