The Master's ability to heal was not limited to a certain time, was not dependent upon physical conditions, neither was it restricted to certain people nor dependent upon a material church organization. He was sent unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel; to those "prodigals," to one extent or another, that were receptive to the call of God and to whom the Holy Ghost was a welcome and long sought solace. (See Matt 15:24) Healing Unlimited's mission is to promote and further the teachings of Mary Baker Eddy and Christian Science and to share healing resources online and through our various publications, most of which are not available through the organized church. </div> 232<div> </div> 233<div>Since the time our dear Master walked the Judean hillsides there has never been anyone to match his incomparable healing results through prayer except one, Mary Baker Eddy.</div> 234<div> </div> 235<div>Mary Baker Eddy, author of Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, and Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, not only healed as our Lord did, but accomplished the "greater works" of which he spoke. Her life, like that of the Master's, was one of many struggles, yet a life filled with such complete self-abnegation, love, humility and constant prayer. It also was a life of awe-inspiring accomplishment and triumph over every conceivable obstacle achieving unparalleled material prosperity as well. This Christian Science metaphysical method of healing Mrs. Eddy discovered is the promised "Spirit of Truth" Jesus talks about in the book of John.</div> 236<div> </div> 237<div>There was no ill Jesus could not heal through prayer. Mrs. Eddy, like Jesus, healed every form of sickness, sin, disease, even death! She, like Jesus, never once failed in her efforts to heal through prayer alone. She fulfilled, in her divinely inspired textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Jesus' prophecy of the "Comforter" that was to come to "teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance..." (John 14:26) The Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, has prophetic waymarks that corroborate her divine foreordination and that of her textbook that contains this penultimateâScience and Health.</div> 238<div> </div> 239<div>Healing Unlimited presents the writings of Mary Baker Eddy, writings that educate, uplift, inspire and heal. The inspired spiritual significance of the Scriptures shines forth in Mrs. Eddy's textbook, Science and Health. Healing Unlimited's purpose is to facilitate the availability of these writings and those of others that are in line with this healing science, so that everyone may practice this most effective method of healing. Understanding one's true relationship to God, his present spiritual perfection, brings healing to every situation the reader might encounter.</div> 240<div> </div> 241<div>While Mrs. Eddy did indeed found a church, she had earnestly hoped that the Science of Christ-healing that God revealed to her receptive thought, would be welcomed by all churches irrespective of any creed or doctrinal differences. It was her fond desire that all humanity would ardently embrace the Science of their own being, and come to know the divinely scientific method employed by Jesus, and re-discovered by her. She <em>dis</em>-organized her church <em>twice</em> before her students insisted on having a "king over them" and so she left it to their demonstration, guided by her Church Manual, to see the lessons they had to learn by maintaining material organization.</div> 242<div> </div> 243<div>Christ Jesus said the kingdom of God is within you, within each one of us. Realizing this perfect kingdom now, is a present possibility. Through understanding ourselves as spiritually, presently, perfect--the child of the Divine One here and now--can we make the divine law practical in our daily human experience. Christ Jesus and Mary Baker Eddy, God's two witnesses (see Zech. 4:12-14), proved this in their life work and awe-inspiring healing ministry.</div> 244<div> </div> 245<div>Over the last century Mrs. Eddy, through her example and her writings, has enabled millions of others to be healed of every known illness.
