144<p>Ms. Jennifer Brott is a rising third-year law student at the George Washington University Law School, focusing on government procurement and national security law. Jennifer served in the United States Army for more than ten years, including as a commissioned intelligence officer. She was recently selected as a 2027 Fellow for the International Data Law Forum. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Design in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois Chicago and an M.S. in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University.</p>

154<p>Mr. Justin H. Gordon is a rising second-year law student at American University Washington College of Law.  Justin served for more than twenty years as an officer in the United States Coast Guard. In the Coast Guard, he specialized in aviation operations and federal financial management and served as an Executive Officer of a Coast Guard air station and a Deputy Chief of Internal Controls at Coast Guard headquarters. Justin earned an M.B.A. and M.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland and an M.S. in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.</p>

167<p>Ms. Kaitlyn Jacobson is a rising third-year law student at Washington and Lee University School of Law, where she serves as Lead Articles Editor for the Washington and Lee Law Review, Vice Chair of the Moot Court Executive Board, and Co-President of the Pro Bono Board. Kaitlyn is the winner of Washington and Lee University’s John W. Davis Moot Court Appellate Advocacy Competition and has previously worked for the United States Department of the Interior, the United States Attorney’s Office, and the Utah Governor’s Office. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.A. in Political Science.</p>

173<p>Mr. Dillon Wagner is a rising second-year law student at William & Mary Law School, focusing on the intersection of technology and transactional law. As a member of the school’s Transactional Law team, he placed first in contract negotiation during the team’s internal competition. He also serves on the Student Assembly Judicial Review Board and the Honor Appeals Committee. Dillon graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University with a B.S. in Information Technology and earned a certificate in United States National Intelligence Studies.</p>
