The process began with the active involvement of all staff across the MMA through a workshop and brainstorming sessions to gather diverse perspectives and ideas. During these sessions, SWOT and SOAR analyses were conducted to understand the internal and external environment and formulate our strategic direction. This was followed by each of the MMA&rsquo;s functional areas formulating their strategic priorities, which were then compiled and reviewed by the strategic planning committee.
