136<div class="lb-xq"  style="border:1px solid #e2e2e2;padding:15px 30px"><p class="xq-bt"><span id=ReportIDname>中国天主教爱国会</span></p><p class="xq-data">发布时间：<span id=ReportIDIssueTime>2018-06-12</span>作者：</p><div class="nr"><span id=ReportIDtext><p>　　中国天主教爱国会成立于1957年8月2日。它是由全国天主教广大神长教友组成的非营利性爱国爱教的群众团体。众所周知，新中国成立之初，中国天主教仍处于殖民地状态，管理教会的权利掌握在外国传教士手中。为了纯洁教会，广扬福音，中国天主教爱国的广大神长教友，自下而上地发起了中国天主教反帝爱国运动。1950年11月30日四川广元县以王良佐神父为首的500余名天主教徒联名发表《广元天主教自立革新运动宣言》，提出了“建立自治、自养、自传的新教会”主张。这一宣言，得到了全国许多地方天主教人士的响应。1950—1956年底，在全国先后就建立了200多个地方性爱国组织，为日后成立全国性的爱国组织--中国天主教爱国会创造了条件。</p>

138<p>　　1956年2月，出席中国人民政治协商会议第二届委员会第二次会议的主教、神父和教友及部分特邀代表参加了由国务院秘书长习仲勋主持的座谈会。座谈会上大家认为，经过反帝爱国运动及1955年的肃反运动，天主教界的爱国人士特别是高层神职人员解除了思想上的种种束缚，提高了爱国主义觉悟。成立全国性的爱国组织的条件已经具备，时机已经成熟。</p>

140<p>　　1956年7月19日至25日，在北京召开了中国天主教友爱国会筹备会委员会预备会议，36位发起人参加了会议。会议一致通过了中国天主教友爱国会发起人会议的倡议书，成立了中国天主教友爱会国会筹备委员会筹备处。筹备委员会预备会议结束后，周恩来总理于次日在中南海紫光阁接见了出席这次会议的各地主教、神父和教友，鼓励他们要有自办教会的信心。周总理说：“希望教会办好修院，培养出德才兼优的神父来，经费上若有困难，政府将尽力协助解决 ”。周总理的讲话使与会人员倍受鼓舞。</p>

142<p>　　1957年2月12日至16日，在北京举行了中国天主教爱国会发起人（扩大）会议。沈阳教区总主教皮漱石应邀出席。会议作出了成立中国天主教友爱国会的决议。</p>

144<p>　　1957å¹´7月15日，中国天主教代表会议在北京新侨饭店召开，来自全国26个省（市、自治区）241位代表（实到237位）。其中主教11位、宗座总理4位、代理主教、副主教58位、神父84位、修士1位、修女9位、教友74位。8月2日，大会举行闭幕式。全体代表一致通过了《中国天主教友爱国会章程》。章程规定“本会为中国天主教神长教友组成的爱国爱教的群众团体。”其宗旨为“团结全国神长教友，发扬爱国主义精神，积极参加祖国社会主义建设和各项爱国运动，ä

144¿å«ä¸–界和平，并协助政府贯彻宗教信仰自由政策。”同日通过的《中国天主教友代表会议决议》说：“为了祖国的利益，为了教会的前途，中国天主教会必须彻底改变旧中国时代帝国主义带给我们教会的殖民地半殖民地状态，实行独立自主，由中国神长教友自己来办，在不违反祖国利益和独立尊严的前提下同梵蒂冈教廷保持纯宗教的关系，在当信当行的教义教规上服从教宗。”8月3日，中国天主教友爱国会委员会举行第一次全体会议，选出了中国天主教友爱国会主席、副主席、秘书长、副秘书长和常务委员50人。沈阳教区皮漱石总主教当选为中国天主教友爱国会首任主席。会议闭幕第二天，《人民日报》发表了《深入开展天主教反帝爱国运动》的社论。社论指出：“中国天主教徒完全有权自办中国的天主教会”；“这次中国天主教代表会议开得很好，它进一步提高了天主教人士的政治觉悟，确定了今后爱国爱教的努力方向。”</p>
