406
Preamble. The following Specific Terms (“Lifetime Terms”) govern all purchases designated as “Lifetime Deals,” “LTDs,” or “One-Time Payment” licenses.
407 These terms take precedence over any conflicting provisions in the General Terms of Service.

410
1. Definition of “Lifetime” (Commercial Lifespan)

411
1.1 Commercial Lifespan. You expressly acknowledge and agree that the term “Lifetime” refers strictly to the Commercial Lifespan of the Product.
412 “Commercial Lifespan” is defined as the period during which the Company, in its sole and absolute discretion, continues to actively develop, support, and
413 make the Product commercially available to the general public.

414
415
1.2 Exclusions. “Lifetime” expressly does not refer to: (a) The lifetime of the User; (b) The perpetual existence of the Company; (c) An indefinite period of time;
416 or (d) A guarantee of compatibility with future technologies, third-party platforms, or operating systems.

417
418
1.3 End of Life (EOL) Rights. The Company reserves the unqualified right to discontinue, sunset, or terminate the Product at any time (“End of Life”).
419 In such an event, the Company shall provide sixty (60) days’ written notice. Upon the expiration of this notice period, your access to the Product shall terminate
420 immediately without further obligation or refund.

421
422
2. Operational Limits & Fair Use

423
2.1 Resource Throttling. Lifetime Access is not a license for unlimited consumption. To preserve service stability, the Company reserves the right to impose
424 dynamic technical limits on bandwidth, API calls, storage, and compute cycles.

425
426
2.2 Economic Viability Clause. The Company reserves the right to terminate any Lifetime License if the User’s utilization of the Service creates a disproportionate
427 financial burden on the Company (defined as usage costs exceeding 500% of the average user cost), unless the User agrees to transition to a recurring subscription plan
428 to cover the overage.

429
430
3. Non-Transferability & No Resale

431

432 The License is inextricably tied to the original purchaser. You may not assign, sell, resell, lease, or distribute the Account to any third party.
433 The discovery of your Account on any secondary market (e.g., account selling forums) will result in immediate termination with prejudice and without refund.
434

435
436
4. Third-Party Dependency & Severability

437

438 No Liability for Platform Changes. If the Product relies on third-party services (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Facebook, AWS, YouTube) and such services
439 restrict access, change their API pricing, or discontinue their platforms, the Company is not obligated to provide a refund, workaround, or credit. You assume the risk
440 that third-party platform changes may render the Product partially or wholly non-functional.
441

442
443
5. Limitation of Liability (The “Cap”)

444

445 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE EXACT AMOUNT
446 ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT.
