Delayed reporting may make it difficult to distinguish delivery damage from damage that occurred while the device was in use. </p></section><section class="space-y-4"><h2 class="text-2xl font-semibold text-gray-950">Inspection and Diagnosis</h2><ul class="list-disc space-y-2 pl-6"><li>Posa may require the device to be returned for physical inspection and diagnostic testing.</li><li>Submitting a device or opening a claim does not mean the claim has been accepted.</li><li> Posa may examine impact marks, cracked parts, liquid or corrosion indicators, electrical damage, seals, usage logs, accessories, and other evidence relevant to the cause of the fault. </li><li> If the diagnosed cause is excluded from warranty, the claim will be treated as a non-warranty repair. Posa may provide a repair or replacement quotation and disclose any applicable diagnostic and logistics charges before proceeding. </li><li>If the customer declines a non-warranty quotation, the device will be returned unrepaired after any agreed charges are paid.</li></ul></section><section class="space-y-4"><h2 class="text-2xl font-semibold text-gray-950">How to Protect Your Device</h2><p>To maximize the lifespan of your Posa hardware:</p><ul class="list-disc space-y-2 pl-6"><li>Place the device on a stable surface.</li><li>Avoid dropping or applying pressure to the screen.</li><li>Keep liquids away from the device.</li><li>Use only recommended chargers and accessories.</li><li>Use a suitable surge protector or uninterruptible power supply where electricity is unstable.</li><li>Keep the device adequately ventilated and free from excessive dust, grease, and heat.</li><li>Avoid attempting repairs yourself.</li></ul></section><section class="space-y-4"><h2 class="text-2xl font-semibold text-gray-950">Customer Data and Business Interruption</h2><p> Back up important data before returning a device and remove passwords or locks needed for testing. Service may require a factory reset and may result in data loss.
