("Chaoshi"). Please read and fully understand the following contents carefully, especially the clauses that exempt or limit Chaoshi's liability, restrict user rights, or govern applicable law and jurisdiction. Clauses concerning limitations, disclaimers, or other matters that materially affect your rights may be highlighted in bold or otherwise prompted for your attention. </p><p data-v-768b7d20> If you are under 18 years of age, or otherwise lack the civil capacity commensurate with your actions, please read this Agreement under the accompaniment and guidance of your legal guardian ("Guardian"), and use the Sigma Platform only after ensuring that your Guardian agrees to the contents of this Agreement. You and your Guardian shall bear the corresponding consequences arising from your acceptance of this Agreement and use of the Sigma Platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. </p><p data-v-768b7d20> Unless you have fully read, completely understood, and accepted all the terms of this Agreement, you are not entitled to use the Sigma Platform. If you do not agree to this Agreement or any of its terms, you should immediately stop using the Sigma Platform. By clicking "Agree", using the Sigma Platform, or otherwise indicating your acceptance of this Agreement by any express or implied means, you shall be deemed to have read and agreed to this Agreement. This Agreement shall then take legal effect between you and Chaoshi, becoming a legally binding document for both parties. </p><h2 data-v-768b7d20>
1I. Definitions and Scope of the Agreement</h2><h3 data-v-768b7d20>1. Definitions</h3><ol type="a" data-v-768b7d20><li data-v-768b7d20><strong data-v-768b7d20>Sigma Platform:</strong> refers to the "Sigma" client software.</li><li data-v-768b7d20><strong data-v-768b7d20>Chaoshi or We:</strong> the operator of the Sigma Platform, namely Chaoshi Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.</li><li data-v-768b7d20><strong data-v-768b7d20>Sigma Account or Account:</strong> the account that a user may be required to register in order to use the Sigma Platform services. Users can register and obtain an account on the Sigma Platform to serve as credentials for logging in and using the Sigma Platform.</li><li data-v-768b7d20><strong data-v-768b7d20>User:</strong> the person who uses the Sigma Platform, more commonly referred to as "you" in this Agreement.</li></ol><h3 data-v-768b7d20>2. Scope of the Agreement</h3><p data-v-768b7d20> This Agreement is an agreement between you and Chaoshi regarding your downloading, installation, and use of the Sigma Platform. It includes the main body of this Agreement, the <a class="link" href="/en-US/privacy" data-v-768b7d20>Sigma Privacy Policy</a>, and various rules, specifications, notices, and other documents that Chaoshi has published or may publish/update in the future and notify by reasonable means. All such rules form an integral and inseparable part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect. </p><h2 data-v-768b7d20>II. Account Management</h2><h3 data-v-768b7d20>1. Account Acquisition</h3><ol type="a" data-v-768b7d20><li data-v-768b7d20> The Sigma Platform provides you with registration and login channels. You may follow the on-page instructions to fill in the required information, read and agree to this Agreement, and become a Sigma Platform user upon completing all registration and login procedures. You may also be required to provide truthful identity information as required by applicable laws and regulations (if any); otherwise, you may be unable to use, or may face restrictions in using, the Sigma Platform services. You understand and agree that you are obligated to maintain the authenticity, validity, and completeness of the information you provide. </li><li data-v-768b7d20> The account you register and the password you set are your credentials for logging in to and using the Sigma Platform as a user. You shall use them with care and keep them securely. You are responsible for all activities and actions conducted through your account. Any responsibility arising from account theft, password loss, or unauthorized use of the account due to your failure to safeguard them shall be borne by you. </li><li data-v-768b7d20> You may not maliciously register Sigma accounts, including but not limited to frequent registration, bulk registration, registration using another person's identity, or any other registration behavior not for the purpose of normally using the Sigma Platform services. </li></ol><h3 data-v-768b7d20>2. Account Information Setup</h3><p data-v-768b7d20> The name, profile picture, biography, and other account information you set when registering for or using the Sigma Platform shall comply with applicable laws and regulations, social ethics, and principles of authenticity. Such information shall not contain inappropriate content, shall not impersonate another person's name, business name, trade name, or profile picture, and shall not be set in any other manner sufficient to cause confusion or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties. </p><h3 data-v-768b7d20>3. Account Use and Ownership</h3><p data-v-768b7d20> Certain third-party websites or services may allow login through your Sigma account. You acknowledge that, unless otherwise expressly stated by Chaoshi, such websites or services are not operated by Chaoshi. You should independently assess the security and availability of such third-party websites or services, and bear the related risks and responsibilities yourself. </p><p data-v-768b7d20> Since your account is associated with your personal information and Sigma Platform commercial information, your account is for your personal use only. </p><h3 data-v-768b7d20>4. Account Cancellation and Reclamation</h3><p data-v-768b7d20> You may apply to cancel your Sigma account following the procedure provided by the Sigma Platform, but you remain responsible for any conduct prior to cancellation or during your use of the Sigma Platform services. </p><h3 data-v-768b7d20>5. Handling of Account Violations</h3><p data-v-768b7d20> If you engage in any conduct that violates laws or regulations, or that does not comply with this Agreement, when registering or using a Sigma account, Chaoshi has the right to refuse registration. For accounts already registered, Chaoshi has the right, depending on the circumstances, to require the user to make corrections within a specified period, or unilaterally adopt measures such as short-term suspension, permanent ban, or cancellation of the account. </p><h2 data-v-768b7d20>III. Sigma Platform Service Content and Fees</h2><h3 data-v-768b7d20>1. Content Browsing</h3><p data-v-768b7d20> You may browse and subscribe to various information and content through the Sigma Platform. You shall make your own judgments about the content on the Sigma Platform and bear the risks arising from your use of such content. </p><h3 data-v-768b7d20>2. Content Publishing</h3><p data-v-768b7d20> You may use the Sigma Platform to publish opinions, text, information, images, audio, video, and other content that is original to you or that you are authorized to publish. Any content or information you publish on the Sigma Platform does not represent the views, position, or policies of Chaoshi. Except as expressly provided by laws and regulations, you are solely responsible for the content you publish. </p><p data-v-768b7d20> When publishing content through the Sigma Platform, you must comply with applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Sigma Platform to create, copy, publish, disseminate, or store any information that violates laws or regulations, endangers national security, or may cause loss to user property or information security, including marketing information, vulgar or inappropriate information, harmful information, or false information. </p><h2 data-v-768b7d20>IV. Rights and License</h2><h3 data-v-768b7d20>1. Platform Statement</h3><p data-v-768b7d20> All content provided on the Sigma Platform, including but not limited to videos, images and text, textual expressions and their combinations, interface designs, layouts, icons, and trademarks, except for software and content licensed from third parties, belongs to Chaoshi and is protected by the C
1opyright Law, Trademark Law, Patent Law, Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China, and international treaties. Without Sigma's written permission, users may not use, copy, or reproduce such content for any purpose, or create derivative works based on such content. </p><h3 data-v-768b7d20>2. Unless permitted by laws and regulations or with Chaoshi's written authorization, you shall not engage in the following conduct:</h3><ol type="a" data-v-768b7d20><li data-v-768b7d20> Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the Sigma Platform; </li><li data-v-768b7d20> Directly or indirectly steal videos, images and text, user information, or other content of the Sigma Platform by any means (including but not limited to hotlinking, redundant scraping, illegal crawling, simulated downloading, deep linking, fraudulent registration, etc.); </li><li data-v-768b7d20> Log in to or use the Sigma Platform via any third-party software, plugin, hack, or system not developed, authorized, or licensed by Chaoshi, or interfere with, disrupt, modify, or otherwise affect the normal operation of the Sigma Platform; </li><li data-v-768b7d20> Engage in, or use the Sigma Platform to engage in, any conduct that endangers the security of computer networks, including but not limited to unlawfully invading networks, interfer
1ing with the normal functioning of networks, stealing network data, or other activities that endanger network security; providing programs, tools, or other support and assistance for the above activities; attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Sigma Platform's systems or networks; intentionally disseminating malicious programs or viruses; or otherwise disrupting or interfering with normal network information services. </li></ol><h2 data-v-768b7d20>V. Legal Liability</h2><ol data-v-768b7d20><li data-v-768b7d20> If you breach this Agreement, Chaoshi has the right to make an independent judgment and immediately suspend or terminate the provision of some or all Sigma Platform services to you. You shall bear your own losses and the corresponding legal liability. </li><li data-v-768b7d20> If your conduct causes losses to Chaoshi, you shall bear full liability for compensation, including direct losses such as administrative penalties or damages, as well as related losses such as loss of goodwill, settlement amounts, attorney fees, and litigation fees. </li></ol><h2 data-v-768b7d20>VI. Changes, Interruptions, and Termination of Services</h2><ol data-v-768b7d20><li data-v-768b7d20> Chaoshi is continuously changing and improving the Sigma Platform services. We will do our utmost to provide you with services and ensure the continuity and security of such services. On this basis, we may update the Sigma Platform from time to time, and you should update the software to the latest version; otherwise, we do not guarantee that you will be able to use the Sigma Platform normally. </li><li data-v-768b7d20> You understand and agree that, based on its own business decisions, government actions, force majeure, or other reasons, Chaoshi may choose to suspend, interrupt, or terminate some or all services of the Sigma Platform. </li></ol><h2 data-v-768b7d20>VII.
