269<p>inMusic is issuing a voluntary recall and exchange program for the Alto Professional Uber FX2 product due to the potential for the &ldquo;AC IN&rdquo; port to break apart while connecting or disconnecting the power cord. This introduces a remote, but potential risk of electrical shock from touching the exposed components should the port break. Users are cautioned to immediately unplug the unit should this occur and not reach inside the unit. The issue is limited to only the Uber FX2, and only to a particular range.</p><br>
270<p>Out of an abundance of caution, and because your safety is of our highest priority, we urge you to discontinue use of the Uber FX2 immediately and contact Alto Professional to determine whether your product is affected, and if so, arrange a return for exchange.</p><br>

273<p>Please check your serial number first to determine if your product falls within the affected range. Your serial number will be located underneath the product on a sticker with a bar code and will begin with (21).</p>

276<p>If the last 5 digits of the serial number fall between the numbers <span style="text-decoration: underline;">00546 and 03585</span>, please fill out the claim form to arrange an exchange for your product. If not, your product is not affected and is safe to use.</p>
