1We have asked specialists to confirm whether they will charge within our agreed fee allowances. We have done this so that we can give our members the assurance their treatment costs will be met in full. By using the WPA Healthcare Finder, members can see at a glance if the specialist has signed up to this agreement with us or if a shortfall is likely. Any shortfalls are usually passed on to members.</p><p class="text-white mb-0">Our members rightfully expect us to manage claims costs effectively and reasonably and to have access to key information, so they can make informed decisions when choosing a healthcare provider.
