However, once a carrier has been assigned, dispatched, or has otherwise confirmed your shipment and reserved capacity on their transport vehicle, the cancellation terms outlined herein shall apply."}),e.jsx("p",{className:"text-muted-foreground leading-relaxed",children:"Upon carrier assignment and dispatch confirmation, Breamway Auto Transport remits payment to the assigned carrier to secure your vehicle's position on the transport trailer. Carriers allocate dedicated space for your vehicle, which precludes them from accepting other shipments for that reserved capacity. In the event that you cancel your order after carrier dispatch confirmation, the carrier retains the payment already remitted by Breamway for the reserved trailer position, and the carrier's policy does not provide for refunds to Breamway for such cancellations. Accordingly, any deposit, Service Fee, or upfront payment made by you to Breamway Auto Transport after carrier dispatch confirmation is non-refundable, as Breamway is unable to recover these funds from the carrier."}),e.jsx("p",{className:"text-muted-foreground leading-relaxed",children:"Notwithstanding the foregoing, Breamway Auto Transport recognizes that exceptional circumstances may arise. We strongly recommend that you thoroughly inspect your vehicle and note any pre-existing damage before signing the BOL at pickup, and again upon delivery. Personal belongings left inside the vehicle during transport are not covered by carrier insurance.
